lol I remember this. I was sitting at work and it felt like a bus hit the building. lol I was totally clueless. Power was out and my garbage cans were running away. I had customers freaking out asking me what was going on haha. Like I had any idea...I got home and my cats were still pretty upset two hrs later.

I'll never forget it...I was with my kids and girlfriend of 3 weeks (now wife) and we had to take shelter in Southpark Mall. As a tree climber I made alot of money cleaning up the widespread damage the rest of the year too so I will not forget it for that reason too!!

Yeah it was pretty intense. I hope we get some good stuff this year, but no injuries or fatalities.

It's strange, I wasn't scared or nervous filming this, but watching it a couple years later gives me goose bumps. I never realized how haunting all those sirens around the QC sound.

@misterBHC2011 IKR dude i was sleeping then all of a sudden my sister woke me up causw she shut the window then thunder came and it got soo windy and..ha u know what happened u were there

yea I remember this storm. My cat was freaking out.. lol But I opened my wind to see what it was like and a blast of wind blasted thought my room and it was pouring outside.. :D.. lmao Thanks 4 posting..

Man that thing was a monster. Those lightning strikes you captured were intense, the bolts themselves looked really thick.

i live in morrison illinois and the second came right thru here. erie fire dept. said that they ha done on the ground and so did albany, my dad is on the fire dept.

Yup, that cell featured in my video is the exact same one that moved directly through Morrison. I went home shortly after filming that and tracked it as it moved NE towards you.

Missed Morrison by THAT much.

Missed my old home in Mount Carroll and dad's in Chadwick by a distance though.
