@frank192542 They're not deciding if cannabis will be legal or not (it will remain decriminalized for medical use), they're just deciding if they need to make it easier for patients to obtain their medicine.

an appeal only deals with a misapplication of the law, as has been pointed out in multiple places, there has not been a misapplication of justice. this means the appeal will not succeed in any way except in delaying the process of legalization.
