  • dam if winter could have waited a month or 2 russia would have been screwed. Might have caused us a lot more problems too.

  • @pillowbugg Actually, meteorohical evidence suggests that the winter encounter by Napolean's Grand army was pretty mild. Either he was a pussy who exagerated -10' temperatures, or he blamed all the deaths from disease on the weather.

  • whats funny ..is that he wasnt even in moscow...this was camera tricks and he recorded the message from elsewhere..

  • Yeah i cant understand how they didn't predict the weather, i mean its so obvious they delayed the attack the previous specifically for that reason. Its almost inexplicable.

  • How could Hitler not foresee supplying the German army with proper winter gear? That blunder cost him the war - thank God.

  • @Towncrier123 I totally agree. How in the world could he have not known what had happened to Nepoleon when France invaded Russia and attempted to sieze Moskow? The winter WAS the number one obstacle! Total blunder.

  • @Towncrier123 would have taken time to make and deploy..and he was impatient to defeat russia

  • This is where the Germans really fucked up. They fucked up in logistcs, which really shows what amateurs both Hitler & his military commanders were. Hitler's commanders were good tacticians, but they were still amateurs. Amatuers speak of tactics. Professional speak of logistics.. Many military historians believe that if Germans had American logistics in Russia, they would have won.

  • @pastuso1bc actually germans did have professional and logistics, but hitler is living in dream world.thinking russia can be conquered in few months, specially a fuly united russia.due to the purges of stalin,no1 is about to come to hitler and tell him many secrets of russia.like the reforming and reorganizing,as well as the rat warfare plan of the russians,or even start a revolt or give more problems to stalin while the war is still going...

  • @teslagod2003 ....Not true at all. Hitler's commanders and Hitler himself were all stupid amatuers when it came to supply and logistics. Bloody hell, they didn't even have proper winter clothing or winter boots. Compared to allied soldiers, German soldiers were poorly fed. Germans who were POW's in Canada & USA were absolutely astonished at the quality & quantity of our food. They got nothing special. They got the same rations as our men.

  • @pastuso1bc huh,you didnt knew that there were those who knew what would happen to the germans at russia,if were not reorganized and pulled back.they told hitler about it,but hitler just sacked them.the commanders in the eastern front were not to blame for not having the supplies needed,it was hitler who did not supplied them their needs....

  • @teslagod2003 ...Wrong again. A competent commander would see to it that the necessary supplies were there.

  • @pastuso1bc huh, really?i wish you knew what those german commanders in the east has to do,when they did everything they can,but the supplies they need were not given by hitler.they asked many times when they can recieve winter supplies, hitler replied by tellin them to stop asking for winter supplies...

those commanders suffured defeats because of hitler stupidity.

paulus wanna breakout, but told him to stay put as he would break through him, which never happened...

  • @teslagod2003 ...If those German commanders in east had any brains at all, they would have taken Hitler down before Barbarossa even started. By failing to take Hitler down first, they betrayed the German people. They betrayed the German people by going along with a war they ought to have known they could not win, especially since America was already helping the allied side.

  • @pastuso1bc huh?they havent lost yet, maybe you didnt knew...it just show how naive you are.you make your comments because of the outcome, but in fact, you didnt knew the facts before the outcome came.you should also know, that hitler they swore that they will serve hitler as they serve germany.if they broke that pledge, germany would charge them of treason.and death penalty would be awaiting them.and the nazi judges are very unfair and only serves the nazis.they just wanna serve germany n also live

  • @teslagod2003 ...No...They hadn't lost yet. But some German officers were farsighted enough to realize that victory was impossible even before the Americans entered the war, one of whom was Ernst Udet. Hitler launched Barabarossa before he could subdue England and without the proper laogistics for a winter war. The German generals should have realized that and bumped off that piece of shit. That would have made them true German patriots.

  • @pastuso1bc and those true german patiots would be dead on the moment they disobeyed and bumped hitler.you just really childish and dunno what's reality, and the reality is that germany was ruled by the nazis, and whatever they want, they get,or it's killing time...

hitler ordered the death of those who opposed him.and they all died...

  • @teslagod2003 ...So you admit that Senior German officers were cowards. They put their own safety ahead of the interests of their country. No wonder Germany lost the war!!!!

  • @pastuso1bc cowards?why dont you just admit you cant face fact and what is reality...

  • @teslagod2003 ..The reality is that as officers they should have led by example and put the interests of their country and their people ahead of their own interests instead of being worried about advancing their own personal interests on the back of a 2-bit bohemian corporal piece of shit like Hitler.

  • @pastuso1bc i pity your knowledge and low level of understanding...

  • @teslagod2003 ..Actually the failure to understand the basic issue is yours. German officers, by taking an oath to serve Hitler personally, failed to differentiate between a mere man (and a fucking korporal at that) and the German state. They also did not understand the basic geographical realties of Russia in their failure to see to it that the logistcal capabilities were there for both winter military operations and/or winter-time occupation (assuming they were able to conquer Russia).

  • @pastuso1bc hitler is no mere ordinary man,he's a national leader and fuhrer or germany...

and as every soldier does(even generals are soldiers too),they follow orders, and in military,it's not democracy,it's dictatorship, maybe you should realize that...

  • @teslagod2003 ...Hitler was a 2 bit piece of shit.....or what Geoge Patton called "that paper hanging sonofabitch". And the fact remains that the German general staff failed miserably in their procurement requests. Their logistics really sucked.

  • @pastuso1bc Were that so, the North Africa campaign would have been a walk in the park. This was a contest between two impressive strategies. The Russian strategy eventually prevailed, but the result was by no means predetermined. Both sides had reason for malaise.

  • @P1B1U1H1 ...North Africa was diffcult for the allies because they had longer distances to travel (in many cases round the Cape of Good Hope), and they had less competent tacticians in the field (Rommel was more competent in the field than Bristih commanders). But at the end of the day, inferior military intelligence, inferior communications, & inferior logistics were Rommel's undoing. Logistics should NOT have been a problem for Rommel, Italy & its navy were right there.

  • @pastuso1bc Interesting. How would you prove a lack of appropriate German logistical support the crux in North Africa? Eighth Army by Neillands cites not German logistical support as a cause of British victory. Wavell cites deficits in materials as the key British problem.

  • @P1B1U1H1 ..What you say about Wavell is true. You also seem to have forgotten that British logistics, for geographical reasons, were much more difficult. Much of their stuff had to be shipped around the Cape of Good Hope. Nevertheless the British finally prevailed. Germany only had to go down through Italy and use the Italian Navy for protection. Did you listen to this video? German commanders who asked for clothing were told to buzz off..

  • @pastuso1bc Lack of planning on your part is not a crisis on my part is an apothegm all have heard used against them, one applicable to Germany as respects Barbarossa. Difficult in Russian winters were maneuvering heavy weaponry and transporting materials pari passu. That may have been why one German general propounded Mr. Hiter's adventure in Kiev, or some such small battle, the decisive failure of the campaign.

  • @P1B1U1H1 ...Yes Russian winters were difficult. So before embarking upon a Russian war the Germans really ought to have thought about transport, winter clothes, equipment, lubricants, oils, & fuel that would work in winter. They should also have thought about sufficient food supplies for their troops. Beforehand they thought about none of those things. They only thought about them when confronted with the hard reality, which was arogance, stupidity & negligence at the highest levels.

  • @pastuso1bc Your argument about logistics is cogent, partly explaining success close to home and failure at a distance. Why do you think the Germans, wishing not to be Napoleon's scion in Russia, decided not to make the Caucasus' oil their first target?

  • @pastuso1bc Basic historical scrutiny clearly demonstrates that the Germans fucked it all up when they accepted Dolfie's nazi-autocracy ...

  • @fredhubner ....Yes....and by the senior officers accepting the nazis, they ceased to be professional soldiers.

  • @pastuso1bc Yeah ... as if there was any honor in following the leadershhip of a notorious coward ...

  • As hardcore as people like to say the siberians were...they had warm clothes on and the germans didn't. the germans were toughing It compared to the pampered Siberians if you really think about it....

  • I love the footage at 5.15 of the soldiers going to the front and their women coming to see them off.

  • The Siberian troops were the best Russian had at that time, and I believe that even if the spy Stalin had said that he was Japan was not looking in another direction, he would have called in at least a bunch of them.

  • good feedback. i mean german troops of 1942

  • yes, look at the american army in afghanistan. if that were germany they would capture that nation on one week.

  • @Rico8458 German troops are already in Afghanistan and their main problem is a lack of aggressiveness, so I doubt they'd be able to do any better by themselves...

  • @battleax86 actually what really the problem in afghaniztan is that US wants to prolong it,so that the war buget still comes, and they can put alot of money in their own(the profiteers) pockets.if only that new germany would face a real enemy, but in truth there is no real unity and real peace in this world, just like the profiteers wants it to be...

  • @teslagod2003 LOL So the US wants to prolong the war and every NATO country (including Germany) is in on the scheme? The US doesn't want to prolong the war because it's been a financial black hole for them.

  • @battleax86 for the peopel it was a black hole, but for the profiteers,it wasnt...

specially the bribed officials, the officials wants the bribe to keep coming,so the war is prolonged...

tell me what good reason, should US still remain at iraq?what good reason was it that bin laden isnt found yet?

US can find any1 they want to find, but i guess you cant find some1 that is not being searched at all...

  • @teslagod2003 OK, so it's your contention that the elected officials of every NATO country are being bribed by some mysterious "profiteers"? The US is in Iraq until the Iraqi government is strong enough to defend itself and the country. Bin Laden hasn't been found yet because it's not easy to find one man among millions living in a rough, mountainous area split between two countries...especially when you're not allowed to go into one of the countries.

  • @battleax86 i'm not saying every member, but atleast enough power to allow it to continue.maybe you forgot, the war in iraq wasnt allowed by UN.NATO should not take part on it at all.NATO is the enforcer of UN,thus it should act accordingly to UN.really, not allowed.like US does not send spies n CIA agents to find people where it is not allowed for troops to go to.

  • @teslagod2003 Where's your evidence of these bribes?

NATO is not the UN's enforcer, it's a defensive alliance between the US and West Europe. That's why NATO is in Afghanistan and not Iraq.

There aren't enough spies or CIA agents to search every cave in northwest Pakistan. It takes many troops and patience.

  • @battleax86 US is also not allowed by UN to attack iraq, yet they did,and UN showed the world that it is no real authority in the world, also proved that UN doesnt unite the world, but nothing but a fake authority,to maintain a fake peace...

  • @teslagod2003 The US was actually enforcing 12 years worth of UN Security Council resolutions that Saddam was using as toilet paper. Where the UN proved itself to be a joke is in the way France and Russia blocked the UN from enforcing its own resolutions.

  • @battleax86 what resolutions?france and russia and china blocked it,because they see no real reason to check iraq, iraq for many years had been done nothing wrong and wasnt troubling any other nation,it was just a pure crazy idea of bush and cheney to steall the oils and riches of iraq...

even those who stood with the nato forces during 1st gulf war, defended saddam in the 2nd gulf war...

  • @teslagod2003 Google "UNSC resolutions Iraq" and look at the resolutions passed between 1991 and 2003, specifically regarding their cooperation with weapons inspections. They're too numerous to list here. Saddam had been ignoring them and funding terrorist groups against our Israeli allies.

Saddam owed billions to French and Russian companies, so their governments wouldn't do anything to jeopardize that. China has always opposed us.

The US hasn't stolen any oil or "riches" from Iraq.

  • @battleax86 really?saddam wasnt releasing the oils,b4 the 2nd gulf war,but after the 2nd gulf war,US forced the oils to be released.tsk...

allies?so you condemn the palestines to have their home?it's people who kept supporting israel that infuriates the islamic people at middleeast.thus if US and it's allies supports the isreali, why cant those who care about the palestines and other islamic people, send aid/support for them?

you are just being one sided,tsk...

  • @teslagod2003 Before the 2nd war, Saddam was selling oil for food...so the oil was already being sold. Oil had nothing to do with the invasion.

Saddam was sending money to Hamas to fund their suicide bombings. If someone is sending money to fund my ally's enemy, that's an act of war. You can call it "being one-sided" if you like, but that's the reality.

  • @battleax86 fine, then.it is concluded.there's nothing more to discuss.we are completely on opposite side and totally have different belief and ideas...

  • @battleax86 really?sadam did that?US cant provide any such proof at all, thus, the scape is to say "we want to liberate iraq from saddam's tyranny",tsk...

even the nuclear weapons, did US provided evidence that they found any?some time before the 2nd war, rice have stated that there is no nuclear weapons on iraq, then when bush wants war,she stated that saddam is hiding nuclear weapons.did you also knew that many of those who served bush resigned, because they knew the truth.

  • @teslagod2003 The US didn't need to provide proof. Saddam openly funded Hamas. It wasn't a secret. Also, the US never said Saddam had nuclear weapons. They said he was trying to develop them and was still hiding chemical weapons from the 1991 war...which he was. Who resigned from the Bush administration over the Iraq war?

  • @battleax86 really?tsk...

if that's your belief,it yours.but for me,i'm not falling for US bs...

good luck to you and your beliefs...

  • @teslagod2003 We're not talking about beliefs, we're talking about facts...and that's where you fail.

  • @teslagod2003 Not to mention that the coup which enthroned Saddam was backed by the CIA and that Saddam had then been hailed, by TIME magazine, as the only anti-communist Arab leader ... besides, this Hamas connection has no credibility and hasn't been proved ... the hard fact, the invasion of Iraq was completely unmotivated ... excepting for propaganda purposes and fat military contracts ...

  • @fredhubner yes,the very reason the french, russians and chinese did not support it at UN.as well as many members of UN.those who supported the invasion of iraq were those who were bribed by bush, with the government funds of US.and when the 2nd gulf war is over, every excuses, propagandas and lies were changed with diffirent lies, propagandas and excuses...

  • @teslagod2003 It wasn't for nothing that it got to be known as the "Coalition of the Unwilling" ... including Britain ... I still remember Bush travelling to Germany and being laughed at, by Helmut Kohl, while trying to convince him of engaging the German efforts in his war at Iraq ... it was hillarious ...

  • @battleax86 the ecomic problem that us is having is because of bush, yet he ignored such problems and instead go to war,to cover up his bs...

and the people of US rewards him with another pres term, even if US is getting a big economic problem.the war did not solved any ecomic problem of US,but rather created more economic problems to the entire world.

    tell me it isnt so...

  • @teslagod2003 It isn't so. The US economy was doing very well in 2003 and 2004. The war had nothing to do with the economic problems of 2008.

  • @battleax86 really,i think you didnt knew that US has to lend money from world bank to fund their army.the senate as well as the congress did not approve the war nor the budget he wants, but bush is no diffirent from a dictator.he abused the authority given to him.and the destruction of wtc did not harm US economy?dont be so naive, people asks for justice and the congress wants to make their own investigation, but bush did his best to stop all of it,so he can have his stupid war.and its a fact.

  • @teslagod2003 You're making stuff up. The US has never taken any World Bank loans for its military, Congress did authorize the use of force against Iraq, and Bush cannot use any funding not approved by Congress. They have complete control over all government spending. You have no idea how the American system works and you have a poor grasp of facts.

  • @battleax86 yeah right,like you dont,tsk...

good luck with your "for freedom and liberty" belief...

when in fact your freedom and liberty has no real justice and equality at all...

if it does,US should have respected the UN and it's decisions, but i guess US were just real brats...

  • @battleax86 did you also knew that the US war on iraq, almost shatter UN?members of UN,who did not accept bush's bribe, resigned, because bush directly broke UN law.almost all of europe is disgusted with US,and US people is being undermined in europe.did you also knew that after 9-11,all planes are not allowed to fly, except for 1,a plane where the bin ladens would escape back to saudi.

if you think i'm wrong, its up to you.as far as i'm concerned,it's my belief...

  • @teslagod2003 Yes, bin Laden's family flew out of the country after 9/11. They disowned Osama years ago, so why should they be held responsible for his actions? Everything else you wrote is BS. No one resigned from the UN and more European countries supported us than opposed us. Please ensure the accuracy of what you write before coming on here and looking like an idiot.

  • @battleax86 really,more europeans supported US,dont make me laugh...

is there anything wrong with questioning the bin ladens?its not like they will be tortured or blamed,it's just for investigations.the fact that they escape, just proved that they are running away from justice.you might wanna ensure what you are talking about as well...

coz you really have no idea what evil US is spreading...

    they spread prostitution,gambling,lies,corruption,greed,lusts,pornography,injustices n unequality...

  • @battleax86 i guess my info is wrong,UN indeed supported US for it's attack in iraq.those members reisgned because US ignored UN's decision.US just did their best for those members to return in UN...

well,if you believed it never happened, good luck to your belief...

as far as i'm concerned,as long as US remians the evil power in the world, there's no real hope for peace and unity...

  • @teslagod2003 I could tell you it wasn't so ... but I would be lying ....

  • @fredhubner i totally agree with every word you say, they are all truth of what happened in iraq...

every1 can understand the attack on afghaniztan, but iraq?iraq had been quiet and doing no trouble at all...

  • @teslagod2003 And not just that ... Saddam was one of our most staunch allies ... willing to double cross everyone as long as it pleased the US ... his execution silenced a former ally who knew too much of our activities in the Arab world ...

  • @fredhubner very true...

  • @teslagod2003 So 'Nation Building', that dammed euphemism of the present century, was nothing more than, based on fake claims, higher military budgets and fat contracts for the 'reconstruction' of what we felt entitled to destroy ...

  • @Rico8458 ehhh no they couldnt

  • Thanks 968CS (God) they shipped the bastards over there with virtually tropical clothing ; )

  • This video of Stalin is a forgery. Later it was proved that he ran away from Moscow and his inspiring speach was recorded. Stalin was somewhere safe and far away from his troops. Funny, isn't it? :)

  • @RabidBunnyRabbit yeah right,another ridiculous propaganda,trying to ruin stalin,tsk,tsk,tsk...

say whatever you want, but stalin won the war against nazis.

  • @RabidBunnyRabbit As if Dolfie had stayed at the Eastern Front one single hour ... or Churchill had been at those air raids over Germany ... or Roosevelt had taken part of D-day ... some people would pay to express their fully commited bullshit ...

  • Even though the Germans had inadequate clothing its amazing how they still managed to get on with a smile on their faces, got to admire these men regardless

  • @fusilier45

Admire these men? They invaded a foreign country, raped, pillaged, and murdered, and finally got their asses kicked. Most of them never made it home - they either perished or got sent to camps in Siberia.

They got what they deserved. There is nothing to admire.

  • How ignorant you are,and yes there is much to admire that is my opinion you hypocritical fool

  • Watch the next part of this video (part 6 of 6) from 5:34 to 5:50 and see the "men" you admire did.

Still in part 6 of 6, rewind and watch 2:59 - 3:34 and see how the "men" you admire ended up. And that's how you end up if you start s**t, the way they did.

And I had no idea that refusing to admire the Nazis means being a hypocrite. I think you are trying to use words whose meaning you don't exactly understand.

  • I think maybe you should go and read a dictonary as its clearly you who cant grasp the concept of what a hypocrite is.

Also your comments get more pathetic every time ,what has how they ended up as you put it got to do anything, you really are thick arent you

  • Let me go back a step since it seems like you're confused about something here. You expressed some sort of admiration for these "men" and I said that there is nothing to admire. And the proof of their atrocities is in the next clip of this video, as well as in hundreds of books that maybe you should have a go at.

No, I do not admire the "men". They were murderers brainwashed by the crazed ideology of National Socialism. I despise and pity these men. And I pity anyone who admires them..

  • So tell me what you don't understand, kid. I'll go over it with you again.

And btw, hypocrisy means holding someone up to the standards that you yourself do not adhere to. Hypocrisy would be if I chastised you for admiring the Wehrmacht, and then in another instance I would praise them myself.

Don't use words that you do not understand, kid.

  • Well boy thats very smart that youve now learnt the meaning of hypocrite, where did you find that out?You google it?You can easily google a word but you wont get common sense on a search engine and you clearly need it

  • I think maybe you should go back a step as I dont remember asking you whether you admire them or not.

Also your clearly so ignorant and or deluded that you cant grasp the reality of what happened in ww2 or how halfwitted you are, your nothing but a fool simply

  • The reality of Operation Barbarossa was over a million people killed, most of them Russian civilians...you know...children, women, the elderly...

And you still admire the "men" who perpetrated the atrocities with a smile on their face?

But poor them, they had such "inadequate clothing"...I think I'm going to cry...

  • Dont bother talking to me your just a stupid little bellend basically

  • @fusilier45

It's hard to stop talking to you. You make me laugh.

  • The jokes all on you dildo

  • @fusilier45

Keep talking, kid. Don't be shy.

  • No its alright your the bell who replied to my comment, seems that you like to keep commenting whats wrong not got your boyfreinds cock to suck on tonight, queer

  • @fusilier45

Don't project your fantasies on other people, kid. You're revealing too much about yourself.

  • Night wankbag,I shall be leaving you now, dont chug too much cock while im gone

  • I think you take it a bit too personally when someone casually gives the German army some props for what they were able to accomplish as a force.

Hitler was too overconfident from his previous triumphs in the West. He def should've provided his army with winter clothing by the time it got around -40 DEGREES out lol.. but NO he believed his army was invincible. They were not.

But look how small Germany is; that they almost took over the world is no small task!! The winter saved Stalin's ass.

  • @bobshenix

I do not take it personally, as none of it affected me on a personal level. I take in in the simplest human terms, meaning that the mass murder perpetrated by an ideologically driven army, regardless of how efficient it was, on people they considered "inferior" just turns my stomach and disgusts me. As do people who "admire" it.

  • @fusilier45 Yeah ... the people who suffred their act of cowardice certainly admired them ... the fascist german soldier was their hero ...

  • @fredhubner,sorry champ cant remember my original comment, ciao ciao

  • @fusilier45 admire them or not, most of them definitely died because of the very admirable hitler...

  • @fusilier45 The smiles were for the propaganda reels. The reality was pretty different...

  • they came so close!...

  • the europen union is dont hslightly different from napoleon's empire or hitler' reich lol, they are a economical union, they arent a military power

  • are people being exterminated in the e.u.,moron?

  • so he conqered europe but had to stop at the channel and could not get at the uk so he turned to russia. got as far as moscow but the weather stoped him and hes army was destroyed. not hitler but nepoleon. but they both have won now anyway with a all powerfull europa union. all those briitsh who died for nothing.

  • There are many indications that at least by the end of Sealion ... German bombings continued as a smoke screen to Operation Barbarossa ... apart from that, it's a documented fact the Dolfie's pact with Stalin had an strategic purpose and should be broken accordingly to the right moment ...

  • @fredhubner actually that pact is not real friendship pact.it's nothing but to buy both sides time.and in fact, some time before that soviet-nazi pact, stalin offered a defensive pact with britain and france, which was rejected.if it wasnt rejected,i'm definitely sure that france would not have fallen.in ww1,germany was weakened bec they were fighting at many fronts.and when france fell, britain was doing its very best to drag every1 on its side, including russia whom they rejected a pact...

  • @teslagod2003 Yeah ... I know ... and yet those despicable Brits dare acting as if they had behaved in a saintly manner ...

  • @fredhubner lol...

  • @teslagod2003 Actually, I'm beginning to suspect that all those claims of Stalin trusting Dolfie while Barbarosa was being launched simply don't fit ... maybe Stalin had been the only statesman of those days who had actually read Mein Kampf ... not even Churchill cared about it ... if there was one who, by default, would never trust nazism, and not just Dolfie, that fella was Stalin ... it's no wonder that genetic studies and anything that smelled like eugenics was banned by Stalin personally.

  • @fredhubner well it true, stalin and russia never really trusted the facist.how could they, the nazis killed and imprisoned every communist in fascist and nazi world...

not to mention, the burning of reichstag was blamed to the communist...

  • @teslagod2003 One has to be British to actually believe claims such as "Stalin trusted Dolfie" ...

  • @fredhubner very true, stalin never really trusted hitler.while it was the west who kept allowing hitler get want he wants.before hitler came to power,it was the communists who did their best to stop hitler from gaining his power, they always combated the nazis, while the west did nothing, and instead had secret deals with hitler...

  • @teslagod2003 Yeah ... those natural born double-crossing Brits ... how dare of them and their holier-than-thou general attitude towards the Soviet Republic ...

  • I call Goodwin's law an all youtube comments to ww2 documentaries.

  • The Siberian Army was fukin hardcore.

  • not siberian army. the red army.

  • this series came out in the early 1970's

  • very good material. What year what this material done in ? Much better than a lot of other sources

  • It's the gold standard in war documentary - the shit one sees on the History Channel is just pabulum for armchair Fox News warriors.

  • yeah i agree. you get these kids who watch a couple of "top ten tanks" and "blitzgreig" and think they know all about ww2. but these world at war docs are the best ever made. the real issues.

  • 5:30 Browning Automatic Rifle, made in America!

    Lend-Lease, baby!

  • DrZetith is correct, Soviet Union was nothing but pain and agony for its citizens. Say something wrong and comissar will get you executed or have work as slave miner. Soviets were particularly skilled in torturing & killing their POWs (hammer an empty shell in forehead etc). Those who praise Soviet Union (or NASDP) are just ignorant and stupid.

  • @LordNick42 pardon me,but look at them at ww2,isnt them much more united and much more tougher than any other nation that germany faced?sure england stood firm, but they only stood against planes,no huge army nor tanks nor blietzkrieg.while russia under stalin, fought with all they can.call the russians stupid and ignorant, but they are the stupid and ignorant who showed that the invincible army can be beaten and humiliated,by the ignorant and stupid...

  • @LordNick42 Terrible Mr. Stalin was, but Mr. Churchill knew what was essential to defeat the fascists. See The Last Lion, Alone, on pp 444-460 for a detailed discussion. The failure to align with the Soviets led to the partition of Poland. Had the Allies crushed Mr. Hitler after the Rheinland fiasco, no need would have existed to work with Mr. Stalin.

  • You want us to apologize for having possibly planned to attack Nazis first? How great it would have been to have killed 27 million of Germans instead of losing 27 million of us.

Anglosaxons are Nazi`s spiritual fathers,Hitler emulated Anglosaxon sociopathic greed and cannibalism. He dreamed Russians were defenseless subhumans,Russia would become his loot and Russians genocided like the Native American population was for land and resources.Today NATO/NWO is dreaming about the same.Good luck.

  • The above rant (from schroederdevrient) sounds like the product of a diseased and unbalanced mind. What utter bullshit!

    (A British Anglosaxon)

  • There is no more shameful history as that of the British people, pure greed, wars, genocide of 100 of millions.Every major nation has tasted horrors,Slavs,Jews even Germans have been stuffed in mass graves while the Brits/US rubbed their hands in delight selling weapons to all sides. The world will gain equilibrium when a true horror is visited upon your ugly, greedy race.Your odd,boiled-looking skin is due to generations of malnourished kids whom you`ve worked to death during "Industrialisation"

  • Vano, I am British and I know the history of my country well. I'd like to know just what people we killed in the 100's of millions? Answer: NONE- there were no such genocides. The crap you've written is a pitiful tissue of lies which Stalin -the most evil man in History along with Hitler - would have been proud to put his name too. Pity the Russians who had to endure Stalin's horror for nearly 30 years.

  • The only real genocide in history is that of the New Zealand aborigenee, none of them remain alive today, most Australian ones have been slaugthered, most Native Americans also butchered for their land.Black slave traders also killed untold numbers.Millions killed in India,Opium wars in China.

UK is Russia`s arch enemy and the center of anti-Russian propaganda. We are spiritual antipodes.Russians are the most magnanimous, generous & noble nation while Anglo-saxons are in blood up to the ears.

  • NZ Mauri you moron, and they were not wiped out! a large population of Nz is native and live amongst the people of british decent, and as for the australian people the only mass genocide was on tasmania.....and you cant blame us for that, blame the simpletons that were sent out there to colonise these places, and russia cant say nothing after what happens along its borders and such

  • just look at british concentration camps in kenia!

  • @VanoPitersky i totally agree, just look up at their history.it's full of lies and murder.the very reason US choses to revolt coz they realize that the anglo-saxons were demons.it's just sad that after the revolt, the following leaders of it were totally corrupt and evil, just like the anglo-saxons,which just made them the bigger and larger version of the anglo-saxons...

  • This is why it`s highly important to invent millions of Russians killed by Stalin, this shows:

1)Russians to be subhuman idiots who revere the ones who slaugther them so in case of another war they get no mercy.

    2) it conveniently deflects attention from the real 100s of millions killed by the cannibalistic Anglo-American empire.

Brits are a nation of sociopaths, google the word "antisocial personality disorder" and find your diagnosis.

Russians are a manifestation of Christ`s spirit.

  • More insane nonsense from our Russian psychotic: let's hope he's not typical of today's Russians. I have seldom read such stupid, ignorant bullshit. He represents the extreme right of Russian thinking, it would be scarey if it wasn't so absurd.

  • It`s my pleasure to squash your hopes that I`m not a typical Russian. Also,I don`t need you patronizingly define for the masses what wing of the political spectrum I represent. It`s as self-evident as is what kind of a shill you are.

Also, don`t pretend you are suddenly seized with inability to read my simple English and continue bleating lies about Staaalin and Guulaaags as if I didn`t explain their origin and purpose.

  • The WASP society you ascribe to Nazi Germany is a USA concept. Yes, Slavs were seen as inferior life by Hitler, and Stalin's actions endorsed that idea. The Russian people are great their leaders like Putin, Stalin etc are, were, evil. I pity the decent Russian but not the Communist and the Putin supporters.

  • Let me guess,

    how could

a nation which won the bloodiest war in history, put the first man in space 15 yrs later, had another 20 or so space "firsts" such as the first woman in space, the first space walk etc,

aside from having the greatest science gave the world the finest arts and literature, which has the most of the planet resources including the best-looking women and the bravest of men,is the biggest country in the world

    possibly benefit from taywil64`s pity?

  • Stalin is like Putin. Stalin let his men be killed and USSR POWs suffered after 1945. Hitler and Stalin are one and the same. I hope God renderers apt judgement on both. BTW Russia, or the USSR, raped millions of German women and others after 1944. The Red army was a rapist murdering army. Sometimes as I read the new history emerging from the archives I think " Would Hitler have been better for Europe?." The EU emerged as a result of the fear of USSR invasion.

  • @taywil64 you must be really a lover of propagandas and lies.i think you dont know anything about the red army at all...

1st,the red army doesnt consists of single type of soldiers.they have very disciplined and well trained soldiers, they also have soldiers trained to brutalize, they also have almost untrained soldiers...

stalin maybe a lunatic, but he's the lunatic that built a united russia and well prepared russia, compared to those who send troops in norway with no skis,machineguns,etc...

  • @teslagod2003 The Red Army in 1941 was uncivilised and barbaric. This was the political indoctrination inculcated by Stalin and the Bosheviks. During the war the Soviets treated their own people badly; those in the conquored lands incredibly badly and brutally. That is the truth, read some objective historical works. Russia was unprepared for Hitler's assault but I am glad the Nazis's were beaten.

  • The battle of Stalingrad was not connected to the moon flight race. In the end, the US outspent the former USSR in the arms race. The USA always had a bigger budget. And yes, the USSr also put the first monkey in space, just for the record.

Stalingrad was a victory for the USSR only because of Hitler's utter stupidity. He was after all a low ranking Austrian NCO in the Kaiser;s army.

  • JimmySmers -- That is pure bullshit USA propaganda , does not make sense ... HITLER almost got CCCP ... and how could they conquer EUROPE , when Hitler alone fucked them UP badly ,, Leave USA propaganda out of real situations and facts ...

  • LOL, Stalin wasn't in Moscow at the time.

The film with soldiers was a hoax.

But this series was created in the 1970's so what can you expect :)

  • that's what i was thinking... but there is alot of proof he stayed on "ready" to leave at any time... but he probably was there.

  • Yep,Stalin shitted his pants and ran away from Moscow, yodaonmars told you so.

  • Ummmm....No, he didn't. He stayed in Moscow, despite pleas from his subordinates to flee to Kuibishev. This the first time that he truly impressed the Western leaders. Lend-lease kicked in shortly thereafter.

  • Of course he stayed, didn`t you detect my irony?Stalin means man of steel, stal is steel in Russian, stahl in German.

Those whose job is to smear him say he ran.His office has a log book of every visit, visitor`s name and duration.During the first week of the war he met with 100s if not 1000s of people and stayed up for about 5 days straight. The best document is the magnificent country he built out of a backward, civil war-torn bleeding corpse the Trotskyist cannibals left in 1920s.

  • Oh Vano, just one more point: under Lenin and Stalin it's estimated that as many as 25 million soviet citizens died through famine, forced labour, the gulag and political execution! More than during 'the great patriotic war' as you call WW11. Stalin was a psychopathic monster.

  • @DrZenith is iraq a stupid war?give me 1 good reason(a real true believable/acceptable reason) why war was done to iraq?who's the psychopathic now?tsk...

and pls, dont give me any stupid reason, such a for freedom and for liberty, coz believe me,it's nothing but stupidity and foolishness to believe in such thing...

  • Any Russian who claims to be proud of the communist era (pre-Gorbatchev - the first CIVILIZED soviet leader) is as bad as a modern German who claims to be proud of the Nazi era. In the name of communism the soviet people suffered 60 years of political oppression, famine, deliberately instigated by Stalin against the Ukrainians, Gulag and purges and political deaths by the millions. This is insane, inhuman nationalism of the worst sort.

  • Civilized is a euphemism for a member of the Judeomasonic club of ultra-rich pederast bankers and their massmedia whores.

  • This is just like listening to a rerun of a Hitler speech circa 1939; one moment you're praising Stalin and his murderous soviet régime the next you're sounding off like an unreconstructed Nazi. You really sound like a most unpleasant individual.

  • More empty ad hominem attacks from the pasty British degenerate shill.

  • @DrZenith let's see,the insane inhuman nationalism united the russians against the biggest threat in the world.and your so called democary costed france it's greatest defeat and humiliation.and that democracy in fact, divides the people of earth.that democracy showed that it's the real stupid government, who allows stupid reason for war.that democracy allowed criminals to just pay the government so they can do their crimes.your democracy in fact shows no justice and equality at all,it's a failure!

  • wow..the germans didnt even care for their own soldiers..who knows what would have happened had they provided winter clothing to its soldiers..

  • I agree. Hitler and most of his generals and political henchmen would not even provide their soldiers with winter clothing. But then many Russian soldiers also had no winter clothing.

  • this is great fun

  • Zuchov and his Siberians won this one.

Germans in only their summer tunics.

    -40c is very hard.

    Well planned and executed.

  • That's Bull Crap! Wehrmacht generals are

to blame for everything. They allowed their

military to be taken over my a nazi, fanantical lunatic, Adolph Hilter.

  • There is some truth in the belief that the Russians were planning to attack Germany, though certainly not in 1941. It's more the assumption that Barbarossa was a pre-emptive attack to save Europe from the 'evil commies' that is of course nonsense. Hitler wanted to attack Russia to murder or enslave jews, communists and slavs not to liberate people or to save Europe.

  • Wrong, it was originally going to be in 1942 but Stalin moved up the date because of how quickly France fell.

  • exactly. thats the crucial difference - german motivation was to conquer, murder and enslave.

  • What a load of crap. You are on drugs you pro-nazi fan. It is not against the law to have a number of soldiers on your borders, but that number was much, much less than what you are claiming.

  • Russian historian Viktor Suvorov is not Pro Nazi and he confirms that Stalin was going to invade Europe in July 1941.

  • thats only a theory in which the majority of historians discredit
