How to import and match PDFs in Papers for Mac

Great video, Thanks for posting. I haven't checked it yet, but I would like some videos on how to organize papers in different collections of subject areas, as well as some way to attach all different supplementary information figures, which are becoming increasingly common in mainstream biology journals.

How do I import a PDF that does not have the appropriate metadata online? For example, how do I copy the volume number from the PDF into Papers? The only way I can do it is to type the data into the appropriate box, but there must be a better way.
