They are heroes, they have busted their asses off and are TRYING to achieve the goal of catching all the occasional marijuana smokers They have caught at least an amazing 7-10% of the drugs in our country. However if we made marijuana legal we would cut off the cartel's finances by 66% marijuana smokers would get marijuana safely instead of risking being stabbed or shot in secret locations
