Don't guitarists always play the same sounds? Pianists use the same piano sounds? These are signature sounds used by DJs to show off how good they are - the benchmark if you like.

thats the urie 1601 s by soundcraft great for mixing but if you want it for scratching you gotta change the crossfader and put in the pro x fader but its awesome for mixing

You don't have to change it. The stock Alpha fader is pretty good for scratching but for best performance, the Pro X fade is recommended.
