Agree, poor sevice at the check out, three of the products faulty, shocking customer service and still waiting for inspection of goods. Fine for small products but avoid furniture. "get a life" an unintelligent response.
Ikea claims to respond to all inquiries with in 24 hoyurs .. yeah what a croack still fighting with them 3 weeks alter after bed sides were not delivered to us with the bed we purchased.
