@chupamiubre - A properly made Gin & Tonic does not include any lime juice. That is why the lime wedge is added as a garnish. If the customer want's to squeeze the wedge into their drink to "adjust" it's flavor, they can.

No, it's actually not. You can never have too much ice. People think that by putting a lot of ice, it's just going to fill up the glass, leaving less room for the alcoholic ingredients, making it less strong. But what people don't realize is that no matter how much ice there is, they still get the same amount of liquor, with less mixer, making it even stronger than a glass with no ice, since once you're done adding the alcohol, you fill it the rest with, in this case, tonic water.
