Maybe he doesn't realize that there are many Army Rangers who are or were Chamorros. In my family, there are some high ranking officers like a Colonel and a Major who were or is in the active U.S. military.

The US made a deal with Guam and the FSM to allow these people to come to Guam to work and attend school.
