It's probably your throwout bearing. Could be slave cylinder too

sounds like the throw out bearing. either get a new TOB or a whole clutch kit. depends if youre clutch is modular or not

But thing is, throw out bearing make noise when clutch is pressed only. This is the other way around.

I have a turbo RSX with over 110,000 kms and the tranny works fine still and I always floor it and shift fast

More like Honda tranny in general. They suck.
@OhNoPaypal i had serveral b-series and d-series car w/o any tranny problems... but my friends w/ h-series car had quite a bit of trouble with their trannys

i had a similar problem with mine and one of the teeth on the throw out bearing broke off.

Throw out bearing doesn't have teeth.
check the fluid then check the throw out bearing is what i would go with unless the clutch is slipping.
Fluid level is good. It doesn't make noise when the clutch is pressed in, so it couldn't be the throw out bearing.
