You're right Maestro is a very down to earth person and very humble and often underrated. Just a little info about this concert hall. Its actually a university choir concert hall equipped with floor to ceiling pipe organ with stadium seating. The reason you see that ugly stage is because the concert was sold out beyond the hall capacity so they had to figure a way to raise him so people on the floor level could enjoy the concert. And also the maestro was the guitar professor at this university.
