i use to smoke pot in my early 20's.. i had stopped smoking cigarettes during the time and never drank alcohol during that time... i exercise and enjoyed it, and felt great. as i got older, and the risk of going to prison over it detered me, i stopped and started smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol... now, 20 years later, i'm over weight, can't hardly exercise, and get winded climbing a single flight of stairs.

i use to smoke pot in my early 20's.. i had stopped smoking cigarettes during the time and never drank alcohol during that time... i exercise and enjoyed it, and felt great. as i got older, and the risk of going to prison over it detered me, i stopped and started smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol... now, 20 years later, i'm over weight, can't hardly exercise, and get winded climbing a single flight of stairs.
i'ld like to smoke pot again without the worry.

My cousin recently started smoking pot and one time some asshole drug dealer sold her some "kush" saying it was way better but its not any worse for you than regular pot like our parents had and it made he go crazy. these so called death numbers are misleading. These are raw numbers are not the death rate. Alcohol and tobaco is legal and sold in every store for anyone to buy so more people use it. Cocaine, Meth, Marijuana and all these illegal drugs is harder to get do to the risk of it being illegal. You cant find that stuff in gas stations, supermarkets and 711 and isnt advertised on tv. You have to know where I drug dealer is. Thats why the number of deaths is lower but that doesnt mean its less dangeris

It is also mentioned that there is evidence that refutes the suggestion that cannabis use in minors will cause symptoms of schizophrenia. They did not imply that it was factual it does happen. I don't believe the word "Gateway" except for a computer. hehe I believe if a person has that piece in them, that likes to experiment, isn't afraid of losing control, likes to party, all of the above, any first experience with the "right" drug for that person can lead to addiction, if, the person is wired that way. Not everyone is, obviously. What I find laughable about pot being a gateway drug is usually, a teenagers first experience with any type of mind altering drug is alcohol the worst 1.

Its not true that Marijuana is a gateway drug. I've been smoking for years. I don't smoke cigs and I never tried any other drugs. Except I drink alcohol every now and then. Goverment just putsthat in the citizens head that it is a gateway drug.
