Lol, after rewatching this I noticed that the point of this song is exactly to raise the question "Who's best?", in the meaning of, "who is the best guitarist to exist?". You can see that Guthrie plays a lot of different styles, and all of those sound exactly like he wanted to, impersonating other great guitar players, like EVH and Yngwie, you can see there are many, many more.
