@AngelicDarkside This video apparently cuts it off, but Priscilla usually prefaces her performances of this song with an explanation of its inspiration. Apparently, when she was younger and still living in her hometown (which inspired the song), an asshole-ish police officer shot a stray dog that everyone in the neighborhood loved (which inspired that one verse). She says, "That's what I was talking about" very quickly after, which is why the audience laughs.
