The fastest way to do that with Sonic... is to put a spring on the ground (For grounded bosses) and to spam a down air attack on that spring while being right next to the boss. It works for me at least

I have actually beat boss battles with all characters on this difficulty, though I will say you was a lot more efficient with sonic than I was, but I was always more of a Marth kind of dude, (plz don't flame me if u think he is cheap.)

What does taunting actually do? OH, and how do you trigger the "You're too slow!" taunt on a WiiMote? I've only ever managed to do it on GC controller.

Try to use other attacks... When you use the same attack too much it's starting to lose it's power so if you swap your attacks you can do a better time =) (Around 6m30sec)

Try by yourself in training mode on and you will see. @Famicomnoobation I know exactly what you are saying, but that applies to Brawl and Home-Run Contest. It does not apply to any mode in solo except for Home-Run Contest. I've not only done research, but tested it myself. Easy test, go Classic Mode, pick Snake, and only use his up-tilt. I guarantee you it will always do 12% or 13%.

You dont really have to jump over Tabuu when he is using that arrowhead like attack at 9:12 . Just stay down and he wont hit you
