  • I don't think anyone could have beaten a 22 year old Tyson

  • Comment removed

  • I kinda respect Holmes he was playing it safe Than got out of his comfort zone and fought like a champ

  • Mike Tyson was a beast in his prime

  • Tyson in the late 80s could have beaten anyone, past or present.

  • @JOEPHPS Uhhhh - no

  • Tyson would have destroyed Wladimir, but I don't know about Vitali. Wladi is a counter puncher and you can't counterpunch against Tyson... Tyson would have destroyed Ali in his prime, he would have beaten Louis too. Probly Foreman would have beat Tyson, but that's all...

  • You are out of your mind if you think that Tyson would ice both Klitschko bros. Tyson can't hang with them all 12. If he don't get nothing in first 5 rounds he's as good as dead.

  • @markviiiguy1 Haaaaaaaaa Ha ha ha , if Tyson was his young self, only George Foreman cud hav beat him. klitschko's, that's hilarious.

  • Amusing! Nobody ever talks about any other fighters personal problems, management team or focus - only ever Tysons!

  • BEAST!

  • Tyson was who he was to bad we never got to see how great he really could of been.

  • @sguerrera59 Umm,... Look into punctuation before posting again. Your posting simply reads as if you are an infant who happened to crawl up to Mommie's keyboard and tap away. ;) Also, We did get to see how good Tyson could have been. And he got there by fighting the worst decade of heavyweights ever than he should have. Yeah,.. he could punch. And that was all. Plus he really promoted the sport with his wonderful character, style, cultured manner, and intelligent press. LOL!

  • He beat the living hell out of Holmes!!!!

  • Great!!! that was for Ali......lmao....lol

  • Er, Holyfield did beat Tyson twice and comfortably. Simple as that. There may have been butts, Cus may have died, Tyson was past his prime and had been to prison for 4 years but that's the reality. He lost. We'll never really know how good Tyson was or could have been because his prime lasted about two years and in that time he never fought anyone that could fight back. I'm trying to think of Tyson's best opponent that he didn't lose to... Maybe Spinks? Pinklon Thomas, Bonecrusher Smith... Who?

  • @MrBbuds tyson was deadly i his prime he also beat homes as seen here, trevor berbick and spinks in 90 seconds

  • @MrBbuds marcus fraizer 2

  • Tucker, Berbick, Tubbs, Biggs hah ha ha ha ha these guys were pure crap even by todays standards.

  • Comment removed

  • ref should have stopped this earlier. if this was now it would have been stopped after the second knock down if not the first

  • Tyson was a great fighter at his peak but even at his peak Ali, Lewis, and a peak Holyfield would've still beaten him. Great exciting fighter but not in my top 8 heavyweights for definate.

  • @HoldenDurham1 I'm a Tyson fan and I agree that Mike probably wouldn't make the top 8 or even top 10. But I can't see him left out of the top 20.

I think he'd be a good match for Ali. Tyson before Dumping Rooney would've knocked Ali out, and Post-Prison Tyson would probably be beaten by Ali (unless it was after Ali's own lay-off). Tyson between dumping Rooney and losing to Douglas would be very interesting and tough to predict.

Sorry but Holyfield is VERY overrated in my opinion

  • @HoldenDurham1 As for Lewis it's always an interest "What-if", because by the time Lewis they fought Tyson was clearly well past his best.

They never got to face each other when Mike was at his peak thanks to Tyson's incarceration and Lewis not being taken as seriously as he should've been. Lewis was definitely an underrated heavyweight in the early 1990's but I think he would've met Tyson if it wasn't for Tyson's incarceration.

It would've been a great bout.

  • @truekiwijoker

Lewis was older than Tyson, I don't care about past their prime or whatever people say, it was an even fight. Tbh Tyson only lasted a couple of years in the 80s and that doesn't make him a good boxer. The reality is he didn't have the mental strength to beat fighters who weren't scared of him. Lewis gave Tyson the biggest battering he ever had and it wasn't even close.

  • @slannmage its not about theyre age, its who was in theyre prime, whether or not you care about it doesnt change the fact that tyson in his prime would have given lewis a far greater fight and maybe knocked him out. fuckin retard lol

  • @slannmage Yeah but Lewis didn't have Tyson's lay-off in prison. And besides, Tyson was really only after the payday after the disqualification second Holyfield bout, he got disillusioned with how Holyfield got away with headbutting and how the media hung him out to dry.

Trevor Berbick, Bonecrusher Smith, Tucker, Tubbs, Frank Bruno and Carl Williams (who IMHO was unlucky) all showed no fear of Tysonm and Tyson still convincingly beat them.

Tyson was on top between 1986 and 1992.

  • @truekiwijoker Got away with headbutting???? Those were unintentional unless you are blind. And what was biting Holyfield's ears off twice? Accidental ear chewing? You mentioned some of the worst examples of Tyson victories ever. How about Douglas, Holyfield 1, Lennox Lewis, and every other focused boxer that undressed Tyson?

Tyson was doomed from the moment a boxer with no fear showed up across the ring. He had only on gear,.. Forward. When that didn't work. He had "NOTHING" but a punch.

    Fact

  • @Ghstwn Hahaha I'm not blind and I can see Holyfield headbutting was always deliberate, it was his big cheating tactic in his career. Exactly how do you "accidentally" headbutt someone shorter than you from below?

Tyson's heart wasn't in it anymore when he fought Lewis and he had an off-night against Buster.

And Berbick, Bonecrusher, Tubbs, Pinkelon, Carl Williams, Bruno and Holmes all showed no fear to Tyson and Tyson still beat them.

Tyson had one of the best techniques of any champ

  • @truekiwijoker Tyson was amazing. I think Holyfield caught him at the right time. Had the fight happened in 92, Mike would have won.

  • @Armando316 I think Mike would've won in 1996 if the ref had started properly penalising Holyfield for headbutting.

I agree, Tyson was amazing. Without any doubt the best Heavyweight in the last 30 years. I just shake my head at these naive people who refuse to acknowledge how amazing he was due to some bias against him they've adopted from buying all of this media spin and PR. Of course he's not really "tha baddest man on da planet", it was all just hype.

  • Oh yes I agree. He was for real. He had fighters SCARED to go into the ring with him because they knew they couldn't beat him. Against a prime Tyson, the only heavies I give a chance to beat him are young Cassius Clay, prime Joe Louis, prime Foreman, and possibly a prime Lewis. But I could see Mike beating them too. He would have iced both Klitschko brothers.

  • @Armando316 Possibly lewis but could ice the Klitchkos?? (Trying to hold back a huge burst of laughter)

  • @slannmage just think if one of the Klitschko brothers got their hands on little Mikey Tythen and his lisp...muhahahahahaaaaaa

  • Hahaha Floyd Patterson would've been flattered you'd put him ahead of Tyson.

I doubt he'd have shared your opinion though. I'm pretty sure he said Tyson was the boxer he wanted to be.

  • @truekiwijoker patterson , fist 2 time champ , the youngest undisputed champ , gold olympic champ , was diffrent era to tyson . but like all champs in them days he ducked no one . tyson beat a load of washed up bums and got beat by anyone good he came up against

  • @MrXavierization Tyson (convincingly) beat all of the credible contenders of the late 80's and that's a fact whether you choose to acknowledge it or not.

They had to pull journeyman guys like Carl Williams and Buster Douglas out of nowhere because Tyson had already convincingly beaten the recognised contendors. Tucker, Berbick, Tubbs, Biggs all promising contendors who stood no show against Tyson.

Tyson was a heavier, harder punching Floyd Patterson but with better footwork.

  • Is the referee STUPID?

He's a fucking asshole for letting the fight go on. Holmes was dropped 2 times and staggering before getting dropped for the third time by a young, energetic, powerful fighter.

  • Holmes would have probably won if the fight was 5 or 6 yrs earlier, Tyson really did struggle every time he fought a quality fighter, many of them were past their best. Both Klitschkos would have probably KO'd Tyson.

  • i know at 38 the energy level isn't there, but i was surprised Larry didn't use that long, heavy jab more often to keep some distance, keep Mike from getting into a rhythm, and to set up the right hand

  • And it's easy to say Tyson didn't tire during his prime because he knocking most people out in the first few rounds....And mostly scrubs I might add...

  • A prime Holmes would beat a prime Tyson....Take a look at the version of Holmes in the first fight with Shavers...During Tyson's prime who had a consistent STIFF jab and lateral movement?? NOBODY...Spinks was done before he set foot in the ring...He was scared of Tyson. Holmes jab would have puffed up Tyson's face...Only way Tyson wins is if he gets Holmes in the first 3-4 rounds...If he failed, he gets his butt kicked...

  • @dreman1970 Exactly like he did against lewis ,even though he was washed out then and lewis avioded tyson untill he was finished . But thats another story . A young holmes would have given tyson a boxing lesson .

  • THUMBS UP IF U LIKE SEEING HOLMES GETING K,O BY TYSON CUZ HE BEAT UP A OLD ALI

  • Tyson would have felt better if Holmes had left the ring in a body bag. This was a beautiful way to destroy Larry Holmes' mouth and to make him pay for picking on an old man with Parkinson's disease in 1980.

  • @IASOU2005 You are an idiot. It was people like you who demanded that Larry fight Ali.

  • @johntvette My comment was actually a little too crude, yes I apologize. But no, I love Ali and tyson, I think I was alive in '80 i would be pleading for Ali not to take that fight. I guess I don't really hate Larry either, ..he was actually afraid of Ali before the fight,..he knew Ali would have kicked his ass if he could.

  • Stupid ref should have ended it much quicker. this is how fighters get permanently, injured.

  • Anyone see ESPN Ringside: The Best of Mike Tyson? Larry Holmes tried to claim that he got knocked out because his arm got caught in the ropes. LOL! What's funny about this is that it's actually true that Larry got his arm caught in the ropes. Check out 7:27 and you can see his right arm is caught. However, to suggest that THIS is why he was KO'd is just about the STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard. Did Larry forget the previous two knockdowns? LOL! Larry, you funny, man. Really.

  • Boxing needs another heavyweight like Tyson.

  • i thought holmes didn't look bad in the tyson fight.... he was keeping his distance, clinching at the right time, and timing him in spots. tyson still had to work hard for the victory. it's a good win for tyson even though larry wasn't in his prime.

  • Prime Holmes almost lost to green fighters like Renaldo Snipes, Tim Witherspoon and Bonecrusher Smith. He avoided Dokes, Pinklon Thomas, Greg Page and Tony Tubbs. The dude was good, very good but he is being overrated these days; he wouldn't give anyone a rematch whenever they gave him a tough fight and largely fought poor opposition during his reign.

  • @tlig And for the most part that wasn't Holmes...that was the WBC...the IBF was a littke better....the WBC was garbage back then....Norton should have gotten an immediate rematch after losing the title by ONE POINT, but the WBC MADE Holmes fight Evangelista, then Ocasio...by then Norton got Ko'ed by Shavers

  • @dreman1970 I don't understand; are you saying the WBC was responsible for him facing poor opposition and almost getting KO'ed in the process? For your info, he only dropped the WBC title after the insisted he face Greg Page (who'd have beat him at that point). Holmes was a good fighter but also a ducker.

  • To all who are thinking Tyson could beat Foreman. Go and watch the Fight between old Foreman and the prime very strong Holyfield! btw I love Tyson ;)

  • @Will84ABA

Prime Holyfield went the distance with very old Holmes..

  • @Will84ABA

When Tyson fought Holyfield though he was not the same guy anymore... When Tyson was young he was ridiculously good... He lost heart soon after this... Cus died... fired all his trainers... personal life in shambles... jail time.. it's was over... He was never the same guy...

  • Foreman had bigger and longer arms than tyson, you just cant compare big and small when it comes to power

  • A young(er) Larry showed up in that last round, if only in a flash. It've been a great fight, prime for prime.

  • The fight was unfair

tyson was young and in his prime

    holmes was 38 already

you just cant compete with the 22 years old guys who constantly train, have no family to feed, and are in physical peak shape...

  • I'm glad Mike beat him that bad. Larry, unfortunately held the title for 7/8 yrs as the HC of all slobs when Ali let him.

  • why didnt larry stay on his toes? he landed about 5 jabs in about 7 or 8 seconds..

  • @ maffia440 both tyson and foreman were big punchers but tysons were more explosive, they both have power but tyson is 10times quicker then foreman and its the explosive punches that you dont see coming that knock you out

  • @QASSAQQAS Tyson would have never beat foreman in his prime ,Tyson was even scared of a 40 year old foreman and run scared of him in the early 90's .

  • He would have survived the round if his arm didn't get caught n the ropes

  • mike tyson looked like shit ,this was a bad day ,a shit fight ,liver full of booze and cocain ,he shoulda beat him first round

  • wow

  • It is unfortunate to see an old great fighter fed to a young lion like Tyson. Makes me feel sad.

  • @MrMike3865 Holmes did the same thing to Ali......Karma.

  • who else searched this because u saw hangover?

  • Larry was shot, Prime Holmes in my opinion beats Tyson.

  • Ah the 80's rape charges couldn't stop Tyson that decade.

  • Not taking anything away from Tyson but Tyson caught Holmes on the downslope of a great career. Larry Holmes will go down as one the greats of boxing. He doesn't get nearly enough credit for what he did which is hang on to the title for over a decade.

  • Mike Tyson=Total Killer. Quad Damage :-() !

  • That was a beautiful knock out.

  • Tyson was simply a kller.

  • Larry at his best would have beat tyson easy .

  • @MrXavierization ..YOU ARE CRAZY

  • @chrissline77 Larry was the much better fighter in his prime , he was 38 years old against a young tyson at his best . He said himself he only did it for the money and new that he couldnt beat tyson .He hadnt even spared for a year before taking the fight .

  • @MrXavierization and he won Muhammed Ali for the same reason, Muhammed Ali was too old and that shitty Holmes was young and he didnt even make Muhammed Ali fall...

  • @teegenedy Ali thought he could beat him though , Larry said himself he couldnt beat tyson and was doing it for the money . Ali didnt do it for the money ,he did it becuase he thought he could win . Ali at his best would have beat holmes but doubt he would have knocked him out . Tyson on the other hand would have got a painfull leason fron holmes at his best like he did against holyfield

  • @MrXavierization larry holmes deserved this hiding. He was a s old as ali was when a young larry holmes beat an aging ali in a onesided hiding. Ali was even worse off cos his parkinsons disease was already affecting his reflexes and clearly affecting his speech by that stage. Larry got his karma from a young tyson.

  • @MrXavierization well after this fight he won 6 in a row including a win over ray mercer. Following the mercer fight he lost to holyfield by only 4 rounds. So he wasn't completely done here. Prime no but not done either

  • @MrXavierization Holmes was crazy arrogant, i think he really thought he could beat Tyson. He talked about him like he wasnt the real deal before they fought

  • @cyenceMillenium He was arrogant as he always was but he said after the fight that he couldnt beat tyson and he new that he couldnt and latter on he said he only did it for the money as he was broke . Put them together at there very best and holmes would have won easy , maybe by knock out in the latter rounds .Holmes is rated as the 5th best heaveywieght of all time by ring magazine ,Tysons not even in the top ten .

  • @MrXavierization There goes another one trying to confuse the Tyson fans with logic and reality. Don't waste your time.

  • @johntvette lol . Im a big boxing fan and a big tyson fan and he was a good fighter , But he isnt in the same league as foreman, holmes etc . He beat a load of washed up has beens and got knocked out by any good fighters that he thought, lewis ,holyfield etc . good but not great

  • @MrXavierization With Holyfield he was out his shape, and with Lewis,i mean camon, that was way of his glory days,so you cant count that...

  • @Misica11000 Name a good heavey wieght fighter at the top of his game that tyson beat ...... mmmm nope thought not.

  • @MrXavierization Michael Spinks,Frank Bruno, James Smith,Tony Tucker plus amazing speed, skills and punches...

  • @Misica11000 Spinks was never a heavywieght , bruno ,tucker and smith ? dont make me laugh.

  • @MrXavierization

Yeah Larry was good in his day... Very nice jab ... When Tyson was in his prime though forget it... Even in his prime Larry could not have beaten a young Mike Tyson... I don't think anyone could have..

  • @funkyflights And you base this on what? You are talking about unproven potential, which is just another word for failure.

  • @johntvette

He didn't fail he succeeded ... He showed clearly his potential... It was just a short stint before he fell off track....

  • @funkyflights Larrys jab is considered the best of any fighter ever , he was a big big man and tyson struggled against the big guys , lewis ,holyfield etc. At his very best holmes would have easy taken tysons best punch , ronaldo snipes and earnie shavers were both incredible punchers and holmes sucked up everything the both could throw at him and won both fights. The holmes in this fight hadnt even put on a pair of gloves for a year ,6 months before taking the tyson fight

  • @MrXavierization

Tyson was too fast and would a got in on Holmes with both men in there prime... Trust me I liked Holmes as a fighter and I agree his jab was butter.... But a young Tyson was too dam fast and strong and never backed up ... He would a beat Larry regardless... Larry was a great champion though ... loved his style... But Tyson in his prime was virtually unbeatable... He never tired in his youth and he just kept coming at ya...

  • @funkyflights Earnie shavers was a way more powefull puncher than tyson and a young holmes took everytjing he could throw at him . Holmes is highly regarded as one of the top 5 heavey wieghts of all time by nearly any boxing expert and tysons not even top ten material . Next you be saying he could have beat foreman when the truth is he was shit scared of a 40 year old foreman and refused to fight him in the early 1990's. Tyson would have never gone the distance with a young holmes his boxing

  • @MrXavierization was way better than tysons and history proves that , tyson lost every fight he had against good boxers , lewis ,holyfield etc . tyson was a fighter not a boxer and when things didnt go his was he lost the plot.

  • @MrXavierization

Tyson had more power and speed than any heavyweight in history in his small window where he was focused and on the right path.... Problem with Tyson is he couldn't handle the fame and fortune ... NO ONE would a beat Tyson at the sport of boxing the night he beat Spinx.... NO ONE... That Tyson never tired.. That Tyson had more speed than any heavyweights I"ve watched... That Tyson never backed up and got in on you and you were DONE....

  • @funkyflights Spinx was never a heavywieght and was finished before he got in the ring . tyson is vastly overated and not even in the top ten of all time champs . Holmes is

  • @MrXavierization

Holmes was a good fighter.... But he wouldn't have lasted with a young Mike Tyson... NO one would have.... He was too hungry and too fast and strong for any heavy weight... His prime was a small window because of his mental problems but I think it's easy to forget just how good he was in his younger day's... go watch the tapes ... NO ONE had his power or speed and his elusive style...

  • @funkyflights No one . lol . you obviously know little about boxing to make such a silly stament . He was a good fighter not a great . wouldnt have beat ali , foreman , fraizer ,liston , didnt beat lewis , holyfield . nuff said . He was a fighter that didnt know how to box , his style was to knock out his man as quick as possible , when that didnt happen he got a boxing lesson . his style is based on sonny listons style and i doubt he would have beat him in his prime either

  • @funkyflights Also when tyson was in his prime he refused to fight a 40 year old foreman . Run scared of him , becuase he new that he couldnt beat him . Foreman would have beat tyson at 40 years old and a young foreman would have smashed tyson all over the place . Tyson couldnt fight big men , he struggled againt all the big ( tall ) fighters he boxed . And got smashed by the good fighters

  • @MrXavierization

Please.... Tyson would a destroyed Foreman.... Dude go look at the old Tyson tapes and think clearly.... Forman didn't have the speed and Tyson would a knocked him around with ease... I like Foreman but it would a been ugly...

  • @funkyflights Ha ha ha ha , Foreman was a big big man and powerfull , Tyson struggled against big men . Oh and refused to fight a 40 year old foreman ffs . You no nothing about boxing , read up the history tyson was shit scared of foreman . fact

  • @MrXavierization You dont know shit about boxing if you think that...

  • @Misica11000 You know shit thinking tyson could beat anyone in history , that statment there proves you know fuck all ..... Tyson wouldnt have beat foreman, ali, fraizer, or holmes in his prime Tyson thought washed up bums , just take a look at his record on wikipidea And couldnt beat lewis and got a beating against holyfield who isnt even a proper heavywieght . read up ur history kid

  • @MrXavierization If say that, then Lewis would never beat Tyson in his prime...

  • @Misica11000 Lewis is up there with the best , he would have beat tyson anytime .

  • @MrXavierization I dont think so...

  • @Misica11000 thousands of boxing experts do .

  • @MrXavierization I know a thousand boxer expert who think that Tyson is the best boxer of all time...

  • @Misica11000 PMPL like who ??? You are talking plain shit now .

  • @MrXavierization Like Muhamed Ali dumbass...

  • @Misica11000 ‘The Greatest’, Muhammad Ali recently paid tribute to Lewis’ excellence. Ali was with Lewis at a Canadian Football League ceremony to celebrate Lewis’ KO of Tyson. “I’m here because I was the greatest,” he told an ecstatic crowd in Toronto. “I’m now no longer the greatest. He’s the greatest, he’s the champ,” he said, pointing to Lennox Lewis....... what a dick you are

  • @MrXavierization When you start to falow boxing, last year?I mean on talk show with Ali and Tyson 1989,you stupid young dumbass...

  • @Misica11000 Admit your wrong you numpty . You know fuck all about boxing if you think tyson is the best ever . Ill send you the link so you can read ali's interview . You will probrably still come here and talk shit .

  • Comment removed

  • What Ali said was "If he caught me, he could have taken me out, but I was pretty fast", hardly a clear "he'd beat me" statement.

As for Ali being taken out, he went dozens of rounds with Foreman, Frazier, Liston, Shavers, Williams etc....there's no way in hell Mike would take him out.

Mike couldn't take out Green, Tillis, Tucker, Smith, Douglas, Williams, and McBride....and we all know how it went with Lewis and Holyfield.

  • @CoronaJoe I cant believe how many haters exist.Tyson, the youngest heavyweight champions ever, the guy who finished fights in two rounds, the guy with amazing speed and the most powerfull punch ever in history of boxing, are we talking about same guy?

  • @CoronaJoe Tyson was well past his best when he fought Lewis. And Holyfield cheated by headbutting Tyson repeatedly.

I think Tyson in his Kevin Rooney-trained prime would've beaten Ali. But Ali would've beaten post-prison Tyson.

  • @truekiwijoker tyson was at his very best when he got smashed bu douglas

  • @MrXavierization No he wasn't at his best. He was having big personal issues with that awful Givens woman and he didn't train or focus properly.

And that was well after he'd dropped Rooney as his trainer.

And I think you know that.

  • @truekiwijoker he was at the peak of his game regardless of personal issues . He struggled against big men who werent affraid of him . Tyson bottled it against all the good fighters and rooney always said he new tyson would struggle against big powerfull guys , why do you think he refused the foreman fight .

  • @MrXavierization If you have personal issues, you're not going to be at the peak of your game. You're not going to be focused and you're probably not going to train properly.

He hammered good fighters bigger and more powerful like Spinks and Bruno and Holmes. Holyfield (not as good as the aforementioned three) cheated against Tyson.

He never got the chance to fight George Foreman, because Foreman came to the fore again while Tyson was in prison. Foreman would've been too slow.

  • @truekiwijoker Bruno was crap , spinks was always going to get a hiding from tyson he wasnt even a proper heavywieght , Foreman would have been a punch bag but tyson was scared of that man and said so himself. Holyfield gave tyson a beating he didnt cheat

  • @MrXavierization Oh Holyfield didn't cheat?

I don't see headbutting allowed anywhere in the Queensberry rules. So if Holyfield kept on headbutting and if you think that wasn't cheating, then what do you call it?

And if Bruno was crap, then what do you call Holyfield? because Bruno was clearly a better boxer than Holyfiled ever was. Quicker, better (legal) technique, more accurate and he had the best jab of the heavyweights of his time.

  • @truekiwijoker tyson used his elbows all the time , Holyfield gave tyson a proper beating twice . lol

  • @MrXavierization So having the fight cancelled is a "proper beating" now?

Tyson SOMETIMES struck his opponents with his elbow when they bunched up. It was accidental and a result of the "peek-a-boo" technique he was trained on. Floyd Patterson had the same problem and so did Kevin Rooney.

There was nothing accidental about Holyfield's headbutting.

  • @truekiwijoker holyfied gave tyson a beating , go watch the fight

  • @MrXavierization I've watched it many times and still remember watching it the first time. Holyfield gave Tyson a BUTTING in both fights.

Won't deny Holyfiled did fight a great fight in the latter rounds of the first encounter though, possibly his best ever performance. But even that was made much easier by his earlier cheating which cut Tyson's eye socket.

  • Tyson barely scrapes into the top 10 of all time at heavyweight...if you include all weight divisions (pound for pound), Mike is nowhere near the top 35-40! He'd be the first to tell you this, as he has been quoted as saying he'd lose to Ali, Lewis (at any point) and a younger Holmes.

Any "expert" who says Mike is the best fighter ever should be scrubbing toilets for a living. Please provide a link to even ONE expert who thinks Mike is #1.

  • @funkyflights tyson refused to fight a 40 year old foreman ffs , go look at foremans record now on wikipedia . only knocked out by ali . beat some really great champs along the way . Who the fuck has tyson beat apart from old washed out guys ? .... tyson isnt a great nearly every boxing expert in the world says he isnt even top ten of all time , but some twat like yourself on youtube thinks otherwise . twat

  • @MrXavierization

It's simple... you don't know the fight game... Judging by your ignorant attacks it's clear your just a little punk kid...

  • @funkyflights Your talking plain shit . You know nothing about boxing to make such silly statments . Anyone with a little boxing knowledge knows that tyson isnt even in the top ten heavywieghts and not even in the top 20 fighters of all time . Now go play in the road like a good kid..

  • Comment removed

  • @MrXavierization Okay then, name who you think make this top 20 fighters of all time.

  • @truekiwijoker pound for pound i would say my top ten would be

    1.ray robinson 2 .joe lewis 3. ali . 4. roberto duran 5. rocky marciano 6.gene tuney 7. ray leanord 8.archie moore,

My best ten . i know there are some other greats like jack johnson .willie pep etc , but i havent seen enough of them to comment on there skill The fighters above i have watched thousands of hours of fights and see a few fight live( ray lenoard , duran )

  • @MrXavierization You can't come up with 20 at all can you?

  • @truekiwijoker 11. julio cezar chavez 12. floyd mayweather 12.jake lamotta 13. pacman .14 evander holyfield 15.marvin hagler 16.jimmy wilde 17. bernard hopkings ,18 george forman 19. micheal spinks 20 .floyd paterson.

I would put tyson about 30 pound for pound . top 20 heaveywieght no doubt

  • @MrXavierization Jake Lamotta? hahahaha.

You don't really know anything about boxing, do you? you just go on films and popular culture.

  • @truekiwijoker Jake lamotta was a great fighter ,first to beat robinson and a proper champ . You no fuck all about boxing . pound for pound hes probrably in most experts top 20

  • @MrXavierization I'm not disputing Lamotta was a great fighter and a genuine contender.

But there is no way he'd be in any credible top 20. He only won his title because his opponent suffered a serious joint injury. He defended it against bums and then got taken apart by Robinson.

He only makes bogus lists for mass consumption because of that film raging bull. In a genuine list he'd probably make the top 100 but no way the top 20.

  • @truekiwijoker I have never actually seen that film ,not a tv/film fan to be honest .You may disagree but hey aint that what the internet is for . As for the rest you cant argue really

  • @MrXavierization Oh yeah I can't argue. Hahahaha excellent one.

    Have you ever actually sparred?

It doesn't surprise me you haven't seen that film, it's not much about LaMotta's boxing but about his personality disorders and how he was in bed with the mob.

But of course if it wasn't for that film he'd have been forgotten about and joke UK tabloid journo's wouldn't be including him in their all-time top 20 list.

  • @truekiwijoker Yep i used to box as a kid and then took up kick boxing ,and ring magazine rates lamotta in there top 20 pound for pound so he aint all that bad , watch him box ,proper warrior

  • @MrXavierization "took up kickboxing" hehehehe yeah... right.

Just give it up and buy yourself a packet of "crisps" and run along back to your council estate. It's clear you've got a silly bias against Tyson from reading British tabloid newspapers. You obviously don't have the first clue about boxing or Mike Tyson (which is amusing considering how often you've leveled tat out-of-the-blue at everyone else).

  • @truekiwijoker Im actually german you prick so no i dont read english papers .

  • @MrXavierization Well you've obviously got some very astray ideas from somewhere.

You've got a clear bias against Tyson. No loss to me, just more to laugh at.

  • @truekiwijoker Your just an uneducated prick that thinks he knows better than the experts .

  • @MrXavierization WHAT?! hahahaha what "experts" are these?

C'mon show me the experts that don't rate Tony Tucker, Frank Bruno or the very wasted talent of Tyrell Biggs. Or who think Tyson wasn't in the top 20. Or who think Lamotta was ahead of Tyson. Or who think todays boxers are in the same league as Tyson and the other 80's contenders.

C'mon name these experts and their credentials. Shouldn't be too hard for someone so *cough* educated.

  • @truekiwijoker dont know what happened there , i did post the fist ten

  • @Ludichris8531 That's what i always tell people but they always argue

  • @maffia440

they argue because you are wrong.

george foreman knocked out joe frazier , a hall of famer , in 3 rounds.

mike tyson got taken the distance by both tony tucker and james smith.

tyson has no chance against foreman and his power doesnt even come close
