Chinese people suffered from the communist party, but as a nation mao laid a foundation for a strong China with nuclear bombs and a very comprehensive industrial capability capable of deterring a US invasion.
@candakz It might not be very sophisticated, but when China wants to build a car, they can start with making the mining equipments, something that most countries have to import. You should not underestimate the power of having a complete supply chain in the time of war.
@candakz Also, if you learn from the Japanese, state is above its citizen and Japan was so successful because their people were willing to sacrifice for the state whereas the greed chinese people only want what is best suited for themselves.
@candakz I am a Chinese diaspora and have a lot of resentment againt Japan, but I still admire the Kamikaze spirit because if the Chinese were a little bit more like the Japanese, Japan would not have stood a chance against China in WWII. Communism was bad to the people, but it did good things to China otherwise no one today would be whining about a Chinese takeover because it would have been too weak to do that. Surely this to the west is a bad thing, but it is a good thing to China.

And China is not real communist they just claim to be no communism has been real in any country it's been in, The leaders always claim to be a God. China suffered more from their communist partty.
Let me give you a piece of advice. If you want to establish yourself as a voice of democratic reason, don't call for the murder of those you disagree with.
@ChaosDynamics But humans are social species and they must work together to achieve goals. Human behaviour is changing when circumstances change too. Communist society will be classless. Human nature will be changing in socialism.
Your lazy invocation of "human nature" dictating things is meaningless. There is no immutable 'human nature' that transends time and history. Human relations are shaped by many things, but most importantly, our relationship to property. This changes over time and that really is something that history shows.
Without any evidence you claim that "history has shown" that people in collectivist societies lack liberty. Apparently you are unaware that the vast majority of human experience is based in collectivist societies. In fact all human history up until about 10,000 years ago was based on hunting and gathering. Only with agricultural settlement did economic surplus, private property and class division appear for the first time.
What you call "liberty" is in fact illusory. During times of economic growth it is true that those who live through selling their labour may have a degree of choice over which capitalist they work for, but this isn't true during a recession when this 'choice' evaporates. All capitalist societies have a 'reserve army' of labour in the form of the unemployed. This helps to keep wages low and enables the maximum exploitation of those in work.
In capitalist society people are divided between those that live through their ownership of capital (a small minority) and those that live be selling their labour (the vast majority). The latter have no choice but to sell their labour, otherwise they will be unable to meet their basic needs such as food and shelter (the exception being where working class struggle has won a degree of social welfare).
Violence, force, lack of liberty - you are confusing a lot of things that are in fact very different. Clear thinking is very important when trying to make sense of the world. I'll respond to your last point and hope that when reading what I have to say, you don't realise that in fact you meant something else.

@PsychoBurgundy007 Actually wars are to blame for death and misery, in normal circumstances, managerialism is the same in the west and in the 2nd world, people are patronized, babied and put to work. China is today a very weird and contradictory country: The Beijing Communist regime owns 100% of the land, but thousands of manufacturing plants operate under the ethos, working conditions, and business practices of laissez-faire late 1800's capitalism. Every purchase of a Chinese consumer product supports a regime that we will almost certainly have to fignt in the future. Yet, for many products, 80 to 100% of the production is now sited in this vast authoritarian, polluted, sweatshop. Trouble!

There is no way corruption could be eradicated under such chaotic and non-transparent political structure which China has now. There's ZERO meaningful political reform despite the leaders constantly just talk about it. I understand China cannot change overnight; but at least there should be an honest will to change accompany with concrete actions.
idiot. go read a bout communism, where the power is in the workers and NOT in "leaders". China is a capitalist country not communist, just like USA. You are brainwashed by the media.
@mitsukai89 I have read Marx and Engels. In a perfect world, their writings make sense. But in the REAL WORLD, communism will never work, same goes for capitalism and all other ism's.
Collectivization and the abolition of private property are tenets of communism, and these two caused the most misery- along with the genocidal policies of Stalin, but let me guess: Stalin wasn't a "true" communist.
18,000 Chinese officials have stolen over 120Billion dollars from the state own enterprises in China over several years. 18 THOUSAND, China got problems.
I say fuck the Chinese Communist, fuck the political leaders that sold America out to the Chinese. Back in the real America, America was supposed to collapse Communisim so thier governmentcan be of freedom and Democracy but since we now have puppets running America its the other way around, the land of liberty and freedom that we call America collapsing from Communisim. Ever since we got involve with Communisim we've been having more problems. Buy American boycott Chinese made goods.
Fuck the Chinese. Now why in the hell is the American government befriending Communist China, why is the British Prime Minister inviting Hu Jintao to Britain to bailout the Euro. You know what I think about the Chinese these days, the Chinese is a nation where nations can apply for welfare through them when their broke. That means a nation has to depend on the Chinese when they borrow money from them. Chinese look out for their own interest, give you money but wnting to keep you far in debt.
You are apparently unaware that it is the 'dumbass capitalists' who are in debt to the PRC. China is funding your flabby, tired and over-extended regime.
Isn't all this a bit outdated? All those red flags and everything......get real, that stuff is just designed to make other people feel small. FEEL small. In reality every human is special and EXTREMELY powerful. That's why they go to all that trouble of making all those red flags. OOOHHH look at our party it has big red flags. Pff. A message to Chinese people. REVOLUTION~!
@mrteemumilto Actions speak louder than words. Physical consequences are more real than underlying spiritual meaning, when it comes to governments. Communism relies on this barrage of the senses to suppress people through fear. A true system operates through love. People identify with the system becuase they love it. In China, most people go along with the system becuase they don't know any better but if they did they would want OUT of the communist system. Social science I think not!
@EndTheResistance Communism wasn't created as a election program by a political party. It was created by a group of social philosophers as an offer to form a party.
I'm very excited about this corrupt, self serving organization that calls itself Communist.
Hopefully, some day in the future, the Chinese people will have freedom and know of the struggles of their contemporaries who are jailed or persecuted as political prisoners.
1:13@hujintao party thought was divorced from China's reality. We managed to correct the mistake.
They corrected it by 'Communist with Chinese characteristics', the neoliberal influx of industrialization.
Marx wrote that the communist society requires sufficiently developed means of production. So Mao and the CCP tried to industrialize China in hopes of reaching true Communism.
But their socialism isn't true. These guys are the extreme conservative left wing.
Its a capitalist autocratic state. They would have collapsed but capitalists prevented any rebellion. And then they went on to fund North Korea. Oh the irony.
@jxsilicon9 Yes, it is Capitalism, but not because it is run by economic capitalists. China's Capitalism is symbolic capitalism, committed by the conservative left.
@jxsilicon9 They would have collapsed, after the food crisis etc., or because of information technology, and their influx of economic western capitalism kind of did stabilize the government. But I think the party is still in control, even though being able to use capitalist markets.
@mrteemumilto Marx maybe wrote that, but it was XIX century. Chairman Mao Tse-tung teach us that developing means of production is secondary thing in achieving communism. First thing is revolution in structure of society. Theory of productive forces is created by revisionists who has rebuilt capitalism and destroy socialism.
@stureremil1942 I'm studying Pierre Bourdieu's sociological texts and he thinks that symbolic capital is used in power games against other people.
That would be the change in the structure of the society. Culture.
I don't know if anybody understands Mao nowadays in China or that do they just think some material structure, that they can impose on the people. But direct democracy would grant everybody political equality and access to the same symbolic capital - i.e. socialism.
@stureremil1942 Access to symbolic capitalism is as much socialism as the access to economic capital, or the means of production. The means of production of cultural values, status and institutions. Everybody should be equal under socialism to change the structure of the society. True?
@mrteemumilto There was created new bourgeois in Communist Party. Fighting against these capitalists are very necessary. Mao has initiated Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and masses has defeated capitalist roaders like Liu Shaogi in 60.
@stureremil1942 Surely Mao didn't mean that if developing the means of production is secondary in achieving communism, then socialism is not needed to achieve communism?
I think that the CPC are a bunch autocrats, who rule by superstitious hockus-pockus campaign with Chinese characteristics.
@mrteemumilto Socialism is necessary to achieving communism. There was a class struggle in socialism. Thinking only on developing of means production is failure, road to communism needs victory of revolutionaries in class struggle and destroying all bourgeois elements.
@stureremil1942 Now that sounds like the good old Communism I have heard about. I am rethinking the definition of class struggle, because that tone is rather militaristc, while it could well be understood just as a figure of speech, to destroy their ideas, not the people who represent the bourgeois class.
Ideas can't be destroyed by violence and dictatorship.
@mrteemumilto Ideas are part of humans. Ideas don't exists without humans. Representatives the bourgeois class in power are very dangerous and they must be destroyed. Violence under dictatorship of proletariat are very necessary. This is real struggle. Class war.
@stureremil1942 Violence to achieve an idea, does not have an idea behind it. Class war is the conflict, not the symbolic or physical violence.
Since ideas are part of humans, they can't be denied or their sayers hurt. They can only be influenced, as to protect the humans behind them.
Socialism is meant by Karl Marx and the whole theoretical field, to liberate the human beings from under the repression of their own culture, not to use violence on socially misled and blind humans.
@stureremil1942 No. Their violence does not stop us from influencing them. So it is not necessary to destroy them. And the influence of socialism can change them totally, to give up the last piece of capitalist thinking. That's why socialism is the scientific truth. Revolution means change, not using violence to put other people under your will. Jesus man. Get it? The bourgeoisie violence is what socialists are criticizing, the symbolic and class violence. Their physical violence is self-defense
Socialism is a bridge to a society based on humane values such as peace and social justice. To claim that violence is a "necessary" is a gross anti-communist distortion of reality.
Simply stating things doesn't get us very far. If you had any Marxist-Leninist education you would understand the need to provide evidence. I have been an active communist for more than 30 years and I can smell a phoney a mile away.
@stureremil1942 Similarly, if CCCP or CPC is violent dictatorship, that is not intended under socialism. In fact, those people can't argue that it is necessary. They are just part of the same social dogma of domination, whose one form is economic capitalism.
@stureremil1942 To destroy humans because ideas don't exist when their sayers are dead or jailed, is not an idea. It is not an idea have on your conscious the fact that people have been denied the liberty to have capitalist ideas.
If you want a precedent for Chinese economic reforms, inform yourself about Lenin's New Economic Policy. But you won't do that will you? Because you are no more a communist than Barack Obama is.
@redword2007 NEP was a temporary policy after civil war. In 30' Soviet Union was transform to socialist economy. China was socialist under Mao Tse-tung rule. Changing economic policy in 70' was associated with revisionists who took the power and restored capitalism.
Capitalism has been "restored" in the PRC? You think that China was capitalist before 1949! I have to say, it isn't easy to treat you seriously when you make such fundamental errors.
Marx anticipated socialist societies emerging from the advanced industrailised nations. They didn't. They emerged from feudal societies with underdeveloped economies. Lenin understood this and the NEP was aimed at introducing limited market relations to stimulate economic growth.
@redword2007 Russia and China was semifeudalist. This under-develop was associated with influence of west imperialists who have exploited this countries. After revolution in 1917 and 1949 there was a period when economy was prepared to socialist transform. In USSR and maoist China has been created socialism. Chairman Mao Tse-tung teach us that in communist party can grow bourgeois elements, who will try take the power and rebuilt capitalism. This situation was in USSR and China.
The PRC saw the stagnation of the Soviet economy, its inability to meet the material needs of the people and how this contributed to counter-revolution. The PRC introduced limited private property rights and market principles, in the same way Lenin did, to drive economic growth. Also, they retained control of what Lenin called the "Commanding Heights" of the economy.
You can criticise Marxists all you like, but we understand history.
@redword2007 Lenin has created NEP before achieving socialism. Back from socialism to capitalism is revisionist policy. You are revisionists, who admire false theory of productive forces. You should study Mao Tse-tung Though. You should visit LLCO site- this is real Marxist organisation.
@redword2007 China has capitalist elements to 1949. Capitalist economy was developed some time after revolution and it was changed to socialism. Back to capitalism in 70' was a revisionist policy.
Your role is to undemine socialist thought and action by spreading lies and misinformation. For example by arguing that violence is a "necessary" part of socialism. Fortunately your lies and distortions are so ill-informed that no one is likely to treat anything that you say seriously.
You are exposed. Time to close your account and (no doubt) start the process over again.
A "revisionist" and an "agent of imperialism". You are only capable of parroting meaningless slogans. Keep talking big mouth. The more you say the more obvious it becomes that you a phoney.
I have been a secret agent for twenty years. All you had to do was read a few comments on You Tube to see through my disguise. My career is in tatters. Thank you and goodnight.
@Smegma007 The tyranny is not so acute. If a teacher died it is not a common policy.
The point is that right now the tyrants enjoy the faith of the dumb population. It is good to smile when they control everything with relative success, and can run the country so well.

I understand China cannot change overnight; but at least there should be an honest will to change accompany with concrete actions.
telecake 8 months ago
@telecake I agree, they need lawful order and transparency to rid of party corruption.
But as @hujintao said in his speech, 'we must keep the party', in the sense of Leninist organisation and faith in the theory.
And the constant talk means that there is a force for change. Let's hope it isn't a free market reform.

You know what I think about the Chinese these days, the Chinese is a nation where nations can apply for welfare through them when their broke. That means a nation has to depend on the Chinese when they borrow money from them. Chinese look out for their own interest, give you money but wnting to keep you far in debt.

@EndTheResistance Communism is social science. Not red flags and feeling small.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto Actions speak louder than words. Physical consequences are more real than underlying spiritual meaning, when it comes to governments. Communism relies on this barrage of the senses to suppress people through fear. A true system operates through love. People identify with the system becuase they love it. In China, most people go along with the system becuase they don't know any better but if they did they would want OUT of the communist system. Social science I think not!
EndTheResistance 8 months ago
@EndTheResistance Parties that claim to communist.
But why they speak of such a thing is because there is a science called communist theory. Little boy.

1:13 @hujintao party thought was divorced from China's reality.

Oh the irony.
jxsilicon9 8 months ago
@jxsilicon9 Yes, it is Capitalism, but not because it is run by economic capitalists. China's Capitalism is symbolic capitalism, committed by the conservative left.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@jxsilicon9 They would have collapsed, after the food crisis etc., or because of information technology, and their influx of economic western capitalism kind of did stabilize the government. But I think the party is still in control, even though being able to use capitalist markets.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto Marx maybe wrote that, but it was XIX century. Chairman Mao Tse-tung teach us that developing means of production is secondary thing in achieving communism. First thing is revolution in structure of society. Theory of productive forces is created by revisionists who has rebuilt capitalism and destroy socialism.
stureremil1942 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 I'm studying Pierre Bourdieu's sociological texts and he thinks that symbolic capital is used in power games against other people.
That would be the change in the structure of the society. Culture.
I don't know if anybody understands Mao nowadays in China or that do they just think some material structure, that they can impose on the people. But direct democracy would grant everybody political equality and access to the same symbolic capital - i.e. socialism.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 Access to symbolic capitalism is as much socialism as the access to economic capital, or the means of production. The means of production of cultural values, status and institutions. Everybody should be equal under socialism to change the structure of the society. True?
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto There was created new bourgeois in Communist Party. Fighting against these capitalists are very necessary. Mao has initiated Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and masses has defeated capitalist roaders like Liu Shaogi in 60.
stureremil1942 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 Surely Mao didn't mean that if developing the means of production is secondary in achieving communism, then socialism is not needed to achieve communism?
I think that the CPC are a bunch autocrats, who rule by superstitious hockus-pockus campaign with Chinese characteristics.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto Socialism is necessary to achieving communism. There was a class struggle in socialism. Thinking only on developing of means production is failure, road to communism needs victory of revolutionaries in class struggle and destroying all bourgeois elements.
stureremil1942 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 Now that sounds like the good old Communism I have heard about. I am rethinking the definition of class struggle, because that tone is rather militaristc, while it could well be understood just as a figure of speech, to destroy their ideas, not the people who represent the bourgeois class.
Ideas can't be destroyed by violence and dictatorship.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto Ideas are part of humans. Ideas don't exists without humans. Representatives the bourgeois class in power are very dangerous and they must be destroyed. Violence under dictatorship of proletariat are very necessary. This is real struggle. Class war.
stureremil1942 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 Violence to achieve an idea, does not have an idea behind it. Class war is the conflict, not the symbolic or physical violence.
Since ideas are part of humans, they can't be denied or their sayers hurt. They can only be influenced, as to protect the humans behind them.
Socialism is meant by Karl Marx and the whole theoretical field, to liberate the human beings from under the repression of their own culture, not to use violence on socially misled and blind humans.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto @mrteemumilto Bourgeois use violence against revolutionists. Revolutionists must use violence against reactionaries.
stureremil1942 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 No. Their violence does not stop us from influencing them. So it is not necessary to destroy them. And the influence of socialism can change them totally, to give up the last piece of capitalist thinking. That's why socialism is the scientific truth. Revolution means change, not using violence to put other people under your will. Jesus man. Get it? The bourgeoisie violence is what socialists are criticizing, the symbolic and class violence. Their physical violence is self-defense
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@mrteemumilto Bolsheviks, maoist and other revolutionists has used violence to achieving socialism.
stureremil1942 7 months ago

mrteemumilto 7 months ago
@mrteemumilto Violence in revolutionary practice is necessary.
stureremil1942 7 months ago

Socialism is a bridge to a society based on humane values such as peace and social justice. To claim that violence is a "necessary" is a gross anti-communist distortion of reality.

@redword2007 Violence is necessary in class struggle.

stureremil1942 7 months ago
@stureremil1942 Similarly, if CCCP or CPC is violent dictatorship, that is not intended under socialism. In fact, those people can't argue that it is necessary. They are just part of the same social dogma of domination, whose one form is economic capitalism.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 To destroy humans because ideas don't exist when their sayers are dead or jailed, is not an idea. It is not an idea have on your conscious the fact that people have been denied the liberty to have capitalist ideas.
You are fucking corrupt.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago
@stureremil1942 It is too much to expect that CPC could follow the atmosphere of social criticism of the 19th century Europe.
Instead they are a dominating capitalist faction in China, who use Chinese mysticism and the myth of European socialism to lull the Chinese people.
mrteemumilto 8 months ago

If you want a precedent for Chinese economic reforms, inform yourself about Lenin's New Economic Policy. But you won't do that will you? Because you are no more a communist than Barack Obama is.
redword2007 7 months ago
@redword2007 NEP was a temporary policy after civil war. In 30' Soviet Union was transform to socialist economy. China was socialist under Mao Tse-tung rule. Changing economic policy in 70' was associated with revisionists who took the power and restored capitalism.
stureremil1942 7 months ago
@stureremil1942
Lenin understood this and the NEP was aimed at introducing limited market relations to stimulate economic growth.
redword2007 7 months ago
@redword2007 Russia and China was semifeudalist. This under-develop was associated with influence of west imperialists who have exploited this countries. After revolution in 1917 and 1949 there was a period when economy was prepared to socialist transform. In USSR and maoist China has been created socialism. Chairman Mao Tse-tung teach us that in communist party can grow bourgeois elements, who will try take the power and rebuilt capitalism. This situation was in USSR and China.
stureremil1942 7 months ago
@stureremil1942
You can criticise Marxists all you like, but we understand history.
redword2007 7 months ago
@redword2007 Lenin has created NEP before achieving socialism. Back from socialism to capitalism is revisionist policy. You are revisionists, who admire false theory of productive forces. You should study Mao Tse-tung Though. You should visit LLCO site- this is real Marxist organisation.
stureremil1942 7 months ago

redword2007 7 months ago
@redword2007 China has capitalist elements to 1949. Capitalist economy was developed some time after revolution and it was changed to socialism. Back to capitalism in 70' was a revisionist policy.
stureremil1942 7 months ago
@stureremil1942
