Hey Zone, happy holidays brother. I can't wait to see more of your vids, please don't stop. I got myself a new bike, and camera. I uploaded some vids, with more to come, please check them out, and leave me some advice or something.
I really like your videos, man. I was thinking of getting a motorbike when I get my licence and your videos help me see what it's like to ride one with traffic and such. I see people driving cars first hand every single day but rarely get the opportunity to see what it's like riding a motorbike.
U know reading some of the haters posts makes me wonder y the hell did they watch the vid if all there going to do is hate on you cuz they cant ride like you
I like this video. Dont listen to what people tell you about your riding style. It is good and works for you. One should always go with the flow of traffic anyway for your own safety, but only if its resonable speeds. I thought you followed quite well and not too close. I enjoyed it.
Hey Zone I don't have my motorbike licence yet but i have watched like all of your videos since 1am - 5am didnt watch a few but thats cause they had only music..
Anyways i enjoyed watching all of your video's hope to see you bring some more out soon :) was interesting to watch you ride and talk about whats going on talking about everyone being pricks and stuff haha =]
Anyways Thanks for reading my comment if ya did and F*^k the people that are a'holes with hatred feedback =]
@rmeman54 someone told me that the CBT instructors nowadays tell you to stay sorta where he is cos its easier for cars to see you but im not sure about that cos i think thats the blind spot (havent got my licence yet) Its probably better cos if th person in front decides to stop you can just go around them real easy
Zone, don't let the haters get under your skin. (ahahhaha!!!!) Like Em (Eminem) said: "Fuck them all". It's now 2010. I'm looking forward to another video from you. I am going to get another camera (and bike) and get back to making some vids also. Hope to hear from you by summer.
The only thing that I find annoying is that you say that you are aware of what's going on (I believe that), but you don't think that the other drivers that you are commenting on are aware of what's around them as well.
you are in the same lane you just said you were first get a real bike then learn what the fuck you are talking about from what I have seen in your videos you can't ride worth a shit
Stop justifying yourself. You are teaching others how to ride SAFELY. i learned alot from the MSF but i learned "real world" information from your videos and videos like yours (dont let me lie. most of the others...err... all of the others are trash). It just so happens that when a rider gets more experienced they dont always follow the "rules".
There are very few people I will ride with because most riders have no clue how to ride or how to react in a bad situation. I would love to ride with you some day because you seem to be as aware of everything around you as I am when I ride. Very few people can know when a car is going to change lanes or cut you off or make a sudden move before the driver of the car even knows, but you seem to have it. The power of observation is a wonderful thing. Ride safe bro, and keep posting!
New riders!!! please do not listen to this guy. Sloppy dangerous riding. He will lose his limbs, ability to walk or his life if he continues to make these videos.
@iopio123 I agree. I guess someone has to serve as a bad example. This is the kind of idiot who gives all of us riders a bad name. I'm sure it won't be long before a p.o'd 4-wheeler gets his attention and maybe changes his attitude. Remember, cars might be slower and less nimble but they've got the weight advantage on you (as well as being protected by steel and airbags). Ask me how I know this? I was cocky too, back in my day till my first crash. Then I wised up.
I hope you are DEAD by the time your relatives read this post, because you are a DUMBASS. You think the road is your playground? You endanger everyone else on the road with your selfishness. DIE MoFo! I hate pricks like you, who think you own my space. FU!
yes, you need to make more vids. I'm not a new rider but I like watching your vids at work. I really get the feel that I'm out on the road myself. I can't wait till 4:30 everyday so I can get out there on my GSX650F, which I really like so far (yeah, it could be a little more powerful but I'm not willing to pay nearly twice the price for a GSXR). And I like the sound of your bike, not too loud and obnoxius but a nice solid tone.
Keep those vlogs coming! I am a new rider, finding your cornering advice really helpful. Any help new riders can get might save them a lot of hassle. Thanks.
Man, don't listen to these NON's. They still probably ride mopeds (like I do). I'm getting me a bike soon, and I'll keep watching these videos, may have to call them riding blogs! Keep it up.
I wish the riders around me would watch your vids. When I'm driving down the road I can usually tell what a rider is going to do before they do it or at least why they made the move they did. But with some of the guys around me, I'll never figure them out.
And keep posting dude, I ride vicariously though your videos.
i got your back zone haha. what is happening in reality and what you can pic up on the video is much different. i couldnt see that traffic light changing etc.
i use your fake headshake trick all the time to get people from riding my ass. it works. and yes i agree if you are aware then you always have many outs on the bike even if they are unconventional like pulling into the oncomming lane. its a good option as long as you can see its clear obviously. ive done that before, they would never teach that anywhere, but if you are situationally aware, it is an option nonetheless.
@zone07 are you going to do anymore videos zone? i see ya still get on but havnt did anything in a year or so. just let us know what is going on we all would like to see some new ones hope to see some soon as the weather is getting better.
Just ride how you want to ride Zone cuz I do....as long as you are know what's going on around you & you have escape routes if something happens in front of you , who gives a shit.....lol Ignore those bad comments I love your vids so keep doing what ya doing : )
Not slagging your riding mate its confident but at 1.50 oncoming cars so dont sit in the middle cause if the cars behind the first move out to overtake your dead, simple as that!, dont think cause its a solid line they wont cross it
I feel comfortable riding in that spot because I can see more and be seen by drivers in front (even oncoming cars) and behind. Plus I'll be able to see all oncoming traffic well ahead of me and observe traffic patterns. If a car crosses over I can counter-steer out of the way.
everyone to there own mate but Ive had mates who've made that mistake, you'll never catch me doing it, you can only see the roof of the car behind so he aint gonna see you, but its your life, good luck
dude,, i don't know why, but for some reason i enjoy your videos.. and the fact that sometimes you say the wrong stuff only because you are consentrated on your riding.. and then you'll just fix it on your editing.. good job man,,, and just to let you know,, i learned to ride a motorcycle by watching your videos and a couple other videos here in youtube..
Haha I agree. I went through the MSF and they taught u all that bullshit, a lot of it was useful, but a lot of it was stupid also. Like the bike in first gear thing, if something behinds me happens, there is still a car in front of you, so having the bike in first gear wont do anything other than have u rear end the car in front of you. Now if you are the first person in line at a red light, I usually keep it in first gear.
Hey Zone, happy holidays brother. I can't wait to see more of your vids, please don't stop. I got myself a new bike, and camera. I uploaded some vids, with more to come, please check them out, and leave me some advice or something.

you stay really close to the line... were told not to do that in training cos a car could overtake you on your right side (in your vid)
Were told to take up the room a car would take up , right in the middle of the road
