From 6:45 - 9:12, you can tell those men are hard workers. No specialize bottons except to move garbage back of the truck. Everything else is using gross motor. The rest of the men have it to easy. Wouldn't be surprise if they gain another 20-30 pounds.

@squirrel8480 It's not a matter of laziness it's about cost effectiveness for the company. A automated truck is more efficient in that it only requires one operator and does a much quicker job. It's only a matter of seconds on a automated truck vs. minutes to do the same work manually. You saw how long it took the men on the rearload at the end of the video? The automated trucks were running circles around them. It all boils down to cheaper operating costs for the trash company.
