I really hope the old asshole runs his stupid mouth off on someone someday who is not going to take it, and he gets all he truly deserves .I would pay to have a video of that! It's going to happen and I always hoped it would be me, but I don't need to be in jail, I am a great believer in Karma. Oh yeah, it's going around bigger and bigger and i won't have to do a thing. I ran out of room on the last thread, If you are in Anchorage, Alaska never work for ASAP Printing. He will just find another worker to abuse. Every time I came home and told my boyfriend he wanted to go down there and put his face in the concrete, but that's no way to solve things and I didn't need him to be in trouble. Being gone is the best thing, but If I ever run across him again, I'm going to tell him to shut his pie hole before I shut it for him. I just waiting for the day!

I had to leave my job of 15yrs as a printer, my boss was always going off on trivial stuff. 9 times out of 10 it was always me he went off on. I always did a good job, worked many overtime hours, worked my fingers to the bone for that company. When I was being downsized, and my hours cut to parttime, that's when he really got ugly.I could not take it anymore and just never showed up. If I did he would have to worry about his face!I knew I would snap that day. NEVER WORK FOR ASAP PRINTING in anch

Keep a log of all events and then go and see the Citizens Advice Bureau or change job - theres always a light at the end of the tunnel. Life's too short to allow yourself to be controlled by someone else. Don't give your power to them.

Take action against workplace bullying. Management will not solve this problem. They are the problem. Politicians and lawmakers have to solve this problem. Canvas them. There are petitions available through the internet. Find live petitions against workplace bullying and sign them. Alternatively submit your own petition.

Hi, I agree. But part of taking action is finding someone that can and will help you. I find most people don't or won't help me, or they don't understand it. What I would hope is that this website, can help and point people to the agencies and people that can help them socially, and legally. This is a big problem, and there should be more ways to help and stop this type of behavior. If you have ways to help, please post. Thanks

Search the internet use google with key words like "workplace bullying" or "petition" or whatever interests you. There are a lot of groups you can find through the internet to join and share ideas and get support and advice.

What I've noticed about my bully boss is her need to control everything, to have her ear on every conversation. We all walk on eggshells around her. I know the only solution is to get another job, but doesn't anyone think that in this nation, hard working honest people have suffered enough at the hands of these out of control wackos? Its called capitalism. As long as the company is makin a profit, no one cares about how the workers are being treated. Thats the state of our nation.

I wish that I recorded my former boss's endless tirades. She was the most incompetent, inarticulate, micromanaging bullies that I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. I was forced out of that hellhole, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I would seriously go somewhere and pitch a tent before I go work for another narcissistic psychopath.

That has happened to me. My bullies were mostly psychopathic racist females but if you retaliate they go crying to the boss that you harassed first . These types of women are nothing but selfish low-class trash.

This type of garbage also happens at colleges and universities.

It got to such a point with the lies and slanderous things that were spread about me, having me banned from other spiritual sites once i was sacked, that she drove me to severe depression,and attempted suicide, since my youtube, they have threatened to come to wer ei live, and do my car over, but keep deleting their accounts, i still have the screen shots though. I am running a youtube campaign at the moment were my manager in a spiritual chat site did things like this (without the swearing obviously) she slandered me, lied about me, constantly was digging at me and making me feel like i was worthless, told me i was paranoid and creating the problems myself, also had other ppl come in under diff names setting me up - she als banned me from taking IP's so i couldnt identify them.

I'm dealing with it too, but I have no idea why. It seems to me that a boss would have a better ally and worker motivation by keeping morale up morale. The cutting, sarcastic barbs come out of left field, for no reason at all. What's really infuriating is how sweet they are to you when there are witnesses there. I don't understand what in the world they get out of it. It's a fairly new phenomenon, like road rage.
