AR are garbage rifles in the desert. Maintenance is a big pain in the ass. A nice bulgarian or russian AK with some nice furniture is much better.

@cjwalsh91 Most weapon manufacturers are trying to make it so that you can bury the rifle in sand, take it out and shoot it without even shaking it off these days. With this older model of M16 though, and most M4 models, hell yeah, its a pain in the ass.

@videofreakmanic123 the only m16s with 3 round burst is the a3 mabye the a2 not sure about that one but the (in chronological order) the ar10 ar15 m16 xm16e1 m16a1 and m16a4 are definately only semi and full auto.
