Thanks for the comment. I started in practise in 1991 and have seen poor hand, wrist & elbow strengthening programs that haven't changed. People still repetitive grip. Change takes time. We will continue educating people about proper training and stabilization of this area until finger & wrist muscle balance become commonplace - especially for those involved in repetitive grip jobs and hobbies. Please pass the word.
you're not kidding that it takes a long time to heal from wrist injuries. thanks for the informitive videos. you're doing great work.
