Thanks Caylyn! I wrote a comment and posted it (here) but I don't know what happened to it. hmmm... maybe it will show up later.... I really appreciate you stopping by and commenting. Yes, this is good therapy. <g>
I'm so sorry for your loss. Lovely tribute!! I know how emotional these are to do. I know it was for me! I cried my eyes out doing one of these for my father, and he has been gone 42 years! They are hard, but good therapy I found, and a comfort to watch again. My thoughts are with you. :-)
I think it's good therapy too! Yes, emotional. <g> It brings back memories and feelings from when I was a little girl. Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I appreciate it! ~ Chrysti

She was pretty stubborn. This time last year she was regularly walking to the grocery store with her walker. We offered her rides but she enjoyed her walks and her independence. She was only in the nursing home for a short while before she passed away. It was so sad to visit her. She knew who we were but she thought she was living in a hotel and didn't remember living in her home before.
Thanks Marty. This is kind of theraputic for me to come back and watch this video. I didn't think I would take it so hard but even though we knew it was coming, when it happened it still was painful. She did live a full life. I got to spend some quality time with her before she went. I'm thankful for that.
Aw... this is lovely. Such wonderful photos. I love the one at 3:33 a lot. A beautiful tribute with or without Martina McBride. :) ♥

She probably would have liked this song better anyway. =) She used to sing songs like this to me when I was little.
Picture 3.33 is my grandmother and my mom.
Thank you for your sweet comments.

Amen sister. I'll be thinking of you in the coming days! They never truly leave us, they just leave this physical place. Much love! Marty
