this is actually a tv commercial and seeing as it's made by the government it's surprising that its actually good although it has absolutely nothing to do with the lottery. So chances of it getting any better or being re edited are very very low.
@test18258 Right. My dad works in the commercial industry (he writes music for ads) and, well, it's supposed to be like this (i.e. all dramatic at first, then, as the music cuts out, it gets kinda stupid). Its "un-epicness" with the joust IS what makes it epic.
