The new uniforms are alright , keeping up with today's trends. The only problem with the helmet is the horn is just too small. Proportionately, the horn match the helmet in the 60's when it was painted. Then they went to a smaller , sticker horn. In time the helmet kept growing yet the horn stayed the same size, all the while looking smaller and smaller.

The Vikings purple pants are awesome, they barely wore them since they had the new uniforms. The whole point of the new uniforms was getting the purple pants to wear on the road. Maybe some losing will force a change back to the purple.

The old ones were much better I think, I hate how in the sunlight the newer ones almost look pinkish. Still some of the best in the league. But the throwback are awsome too, I love the dark almost blueish purple, with the really dark helmets

I love the Vikings and have been a fan since 1970. I guess you can go either way with the uniforms. Tradition vs. progress. I think our team needs to move forward but still remember the past. The new uniforms seem to do this. The "old" uniforms didn't win us a superbowl. Time for a change. Hey it worked for the bengals and bucs and pats.

I'm a 46 yr old Eagles fan from South Jersey. I loved the Vikes as a kid. They'll always be part of me, but I have to say that these new uni's SUCK. Look at footage from the Tarkenton days, CLASSIC. Now their too fancy, too flashy. Go back to CLASSIC, and out of that dome, back into the snow where you belong.  The whole personality of the franchise was lost when the team moved inside. Your owners have taken the classic uni's away. What's next, no horn on the helmet?
