It's Puerto Rican music master (1950's to 1990's) Tito Puente, with his orquestra and Tito on the timbales of course...He was called by others El Rey del Timbal (El REy, The king) ...So he wrote this song and played on the Timbales, of course.. Was one of the first if not the one that fuzzed what we call now SAlSA.. I'm PR and Salsero but these dancers take my breath away...
