@ChristianBurrell They're both Awesome in their own right when it comes down to playing guitar, the way they both play is non comparable as they are completely different. But when you come down to a favorable, then Slash is as no one will come close to originality. This doesn't make Buckethead a worst guitar player as they're both equally great of their own art.

@Sralkirie Buckethead is a really versatile guitar player, just listen to anything from colma if you don't believe me, anyone who got taught by pebber brown is :) Pebber Brown said in a video that if you practice just as much as buckethead did, you probably won't be as good as him because he is so talented. You'd be close but still not as good. Slash on the other hand said himself that he can't play his way out of a paper bag. If you like his stuff that's fine, it's not like i hate slash.

I do not know who is better, slash or buckethead but all I can say is that bucket head is a show, is not real, its an act and well thats not bad its what he sells. Slash is style, is real, is who he is, he has more feeling to what he plays, you can feel the passion and translate into feeling his notes!

It's important to note that it is harder to play as quickly with pentatonic scales than it is with modal scales. Undoubtedly Buckethead knows his shit back to front and is a wizard but when you use as many 2 and 3 finger pull-offs and hammer-ons as he does, it becomes much easier to create that wall of sound. But Buckethead is clearly a master, I'm not taking anything away from him, so please spare me any overly irate responses.
