I always love this sort of kick..not because they're fast or strong(infact they are weak as hell) but because using this will move ur upper body away which is dam effective in fight.. i personally think that mobility is the most key factor in a fight..

@tkdAtma yea, taekwondo is korean. itz cause wen japan invaded korea, the use of korean martial arts such as suubak and taekkyon was forbidden under the japanese occupation so korea learned other martial arts. then wen they were free, everyone who knew martial arts joined and formed the martial art called today TAEKWONDO but taekwondo has many things based in chinese kung fu and japanese karate.
