I dont think safeties can be in the 20s because the nfl has a numbering rule and im pretty sure safeties have to be numbered in the 30s and 40s

you can change the quarter length at the game menus in option before you start a superstar mode or do it and go back.

you can change the quarters to 15 in the setting in the main menu. i would suggest that you do so you can get as many stats for you superstar as the rest of the league
