What the hell happened from 6:30 to 6:50? I have watched that section like 15 times with my mouth wide open....how the hell is that possible. I did not use Typhon's bane at all in the entire game (except when you have to get the health/magic upgrades in secrets) and this guy.....truly an awesome gamer ! 5 *s :)

Lol wow man, just wow. When I FINALLY finished the translator fight after about 50 tries I just stood there shouting OMG YES!!! for about five minutes Lol.. ONLY TO GET STUCK ON THE BLOODY CERBERUSES AND JUGGERNAUTS! The thing was I hadn't upgraded the Hammer or Euryale's Head at all. So when I watched this video I was like screw this, and started a new game and upgraded both of them to max... And now I have finished GoW2 on Titan Mode thanks to this vid. :]

Shinobier is more skilled, but his tactics are inferior. These are newer (more advanced). Speedrun class (to destroy a threat QUICKLY).

Sort of an umbrella term for a variety of runs. Usually those that offer a challenge. It can include speedruns, fun runs, testing runs, etc.

For a generally accepted 'challenge runs' with brief definitions, I could offer a link.

Examples:

No Upgrade Run (NUR): Going through the game without using experience/leveling your weapons/spells

No Extension Run (NER): Play through without leveling HP/MP bar

No Upgrade Run Plus (NUR+): Same as NUR, but you also cannot upgrade Health/Magic

If the case is indeed as you described, then you have reaction time enough to power through with minimal aid.

I'd like to see the truth of this matter for myself. I've been known to aid a great number of people over the years with this series. For lack of true skill on my own part, I tend to rely on tactics, exploit/glitches, familiarity/practice, etc.  These tools generally crush the whole of whatever difficulty I face...up until more chaotic situations (Ex: HAPAIN+ Wave 3 Translator)

Forget "Hard" settings. They're not worth noting. I'll teach you the basics for beating 'Very Hard' into the ground. With the proper upgrades, you will have one of the easiest paths to victory no less. I can also afford you said high level trickery that I use (to a degree *respect that I won't want to toss all the advanced tricks your way in a first go*). A chest guide doesn't hurt. Neither would an Easter Egg EXP orf fountain.

a quick easy to do this is use gorgon rage on the cerebus breeders and do spirit of hercules(trianglex3) and if you did it rite you should only have 2 juggeraughts left to fight at the end..thats how i get it done

That is the sickest cerberus fight i have ever seen.

I have made it to this point on titan myself, and after maybe 50 tries to save the first translator I am now stuck at the damn cerberus breeders. Tried about 40 times last night, with different strategies involving gorgon flash+atlas quake, rage of the titans+hammer, chronos' rage, and combinations thereof without success. I have lvl3 Gorgon and about 10k orbs, so I'll definately try the typhoon strategy tonight!!

I have euryale's gaze lv3 but typhon's bane lv1 and I can't reach all the cerberus breeders, What can I do?

It's very hard to crush the petrified Breeders on titan without lvl3 AQ or lvl3 Bow. You can still use collisions by setting up the pups for alt.OH.

L2 + triangle is Gorgon Flash, it only stones those in the line of fire, and some enemies need more than one flash.

L2 + (hold)circle is Gorgon Rage, which is what you see in the video.

Actrually, I wonder why you chose bow instead of quake. I think that quake will be more useful in the remaining parts of this game, but maybe you'll do something that I can never imagine, I am very expected to see your remaining parts.

The bow has lethal vortex, which auto breaks any statue, despite doing only doing 10 dmg. Also titan storm, which I use at the end of this video to break a big group of statues in the same way you use atlas quake.

I guess it's something different to see, and if I find that Atlas Quake is more practical in comparison to your vids, I may re-consider for the next run.

Absolute perfection with the upgrades you used for Speedrunning at the Pre-Translator of Atropos fight. You spent 170MP *all but 5 of the full bar you have pre-Gift of Magic* but it was well worth it.

It's pretty interesting, he seems like a decent guy. I watched a lot of the videos of the new run and he's done what I did... using my own techniques to beat my time! Goes to show, you never really know how much extra time can still be saved. I think I'll have beaten his 3:58 time but nowhere near the 3:43 mark. This is what speedrunning is about, learning from each other and executing it perfectly.

Quite right. It isn't about one guy being perfect..each runner ups the work of the previous best run. Working together and sharing tricks/tactics/tips. I don't do these runs as I don't enjoy them..but I run into a lot of things that can save time so I help when I can.
