Hell yes. I watched as many Memphis games as I could this year, and he plays defense like a middle linebacker. He patrols the lane, and if a guard beats his man, Joey will swoop in and challenge the shot every time.

Like they said at the draft, the only thing he needs to work on his concentration. Sometimes he gets down on himself and takes himself out of the game.
