Easier and better looking than this: Go to walmart and for 1.50 each, get the little gel red food coloring and if you put it on thick, it looks like blood from a deep wound (darker) and if you put it on lighter it just looks like a cut

@android4140 you can eat food coloring. it's used in all kinds of candies, sodas and other drinks. besides, if you couldn't eat it, it wouldn't be called food coloring. granted. you probably shouldn't drink pure food coloring, but this did distill it pretty well.

Take the fork and slide it on your arms, legs, and face. Let it dry about an hour... ride a bike or something and the fork prongs make it look like scratches!

Nice, I've been looking for a decent recipe for the longest time. So it's the blue or green and the starch I was missing. Only thing though...I think its worth all the trouble to do it that way if you need a brickload of blood otherwise you can just buy 750 ml for like 5 dollars.
