I love the Porsches, because they are everyday super/hypercars. If you have a lambo or ferrari then in the north you would take it out once a year and drive it for 5 miles at 5 mph. Also they are actually better designed and faster too... My favourites are 918 and GT2 RS, but i LOVE the Turbo S too.

My favourite figure though: The Turbo´s top model is 115,000 pounds, the 458´s top model is over 190,000 pounds. All that difference in price only to get smashed to pieces.

It`s also a fact that many drivers don`t want their 911 Turbos to be loud, thus they decline Porsches offer of installing a loud exhaust. Porsches and Ferraris clientel are, most of the time, complete opposites personality wise. If you want to hear the classic and famous boxer sound you should look for a carrera S, GTS, or GT3.

I'm not saying people races for 0-60mph but the acceleration data can be held as acceleration record.

And there are many things about the Turbo you can put your finger on, not only does it outclass the Ferrari in terms of torque an acceleration, but it also has a price tag which is much lower.

The 458 is a car that is prone so violently burst into flames, there was a massive safety recall of nearly 1300 units.

Are the Ferrari fanboys still crying? Let me run you through some facts:
The Porsche has 4 wheel drive, the Ferrari doesn't.
The Porsche has more torque than the Ferrari.
The Porsche with the PDK goes from 0-60 in 2.7 to 2.8 seconds with launch control, the Ferrari does 0-60 with launch control in 3.4.
My favourite figure though: The Turbo´s top model is 115,000 pounds, the 458´s top model is over 190,000 pounds. All that difference in price only to get smashed to pieces.

porsche will win because it has a dual clutch system, in which then improves gear changes a lot, and it also has PDK which is a excellent launch control system, which shoots the car from 0-60 in just "2.8" seconds. THUMBS UP IF PORSCHE FOR THE BETTER!

@ErikkNL That´s due to the Turbo. Most of the modern turbocharged cars sound like that. The Veyron SS is another example. It`s also a fact that many drivers don`t want their 911 Turbos to be loud, thus they decline Porsches offer of installing a loud exhaust. Porsches and Ferraris clientel are, most of the time, complete opposites personality wise. If you want to hear the classic and famous boxer sound you should look for a carrera S, GTS, or GT3.

@huze5 No matter how good the start was on a 458, it would have lost, the Porsche´s fastest 0-60 time is 2.7 seconds with launch control. The fastest time a Ferrari can get, with launch control is 3.4 seconds. There is no way a 458 can come close to the Porsche in terms of acceleration.

@MrMadpenguin No, it isn't, that problem was fixed around a year ago now. A 458, unlike your beloved Volkswagen beetle, it has a sort of zest that you cant really put your finger on. The 911 has something you can put your finger on... its dull. So dull that it inspires children such as yourself to come on YouTube and tell everyone that it is 0.3 seconds faster than another car over a half mile, and therefore better. And that its new PDK box can change 0.0000004 seconds faster than the last one.
