I love these guys to death but they just coined the term "industrial" music. The genre as we know it today owes little to them and they themselves owe heaps to early experimental electronic musicians.
Whatever, all music is spawned of incest, can't we all just get along?
But TG idd make guitar music in the name of Indsuitrial, so they did pioneer Industrial Rock, Metal, and guitar-use too. Carbaret did though, im not sure what you're talking about....
This is the first ever Industrial Metal / Rock PIECE EVER MADE, first Nozie Rock, if this wasn't here ther'ell be no Carbarat Voltaire, Skinny Puppy, Ministry, NIN, or whatever... ...
Because you can totally tell from this kind of sound quality. Everything sound's like a load of crap with this kind of distortion, you twat. That's like covering the Mona Lisa in mud and then saying "it's not as good as I thought, really...".
Rest in Peace Chris!

The sound is great, but they aren't offering anything exciting to look at. :/ I'm kind of disappointed.

It was really an anti-show. The show was in the sound, very abrasive and intense (heavy ultrabass)

Here's Genesis P-Orridge's response to a similar comment on the 2009 USA tour
"We're not here for show business so shut up"

by the small size of it and the type of sounds produced I would risk a Atari Punk Console (or something of that sort)
