No this modem is not wireless. This modem only passes the public IP that it gets from your ISP to the next device that it is connected to. If you wanted to use this device with a WII wirelessly, you would then need to connect to a wireless router. Then set up your wireless network for use. {Please RTFM before posting comments like this}

adding to what TRAVINO said, also make sure your transmit levels are in range, no noise on line, no packet loss. You people who run to radio shack, or best buy and get the cheapest, shittiest cable there, just remember its not the cable companies fault.

There are some factors that can be contributed to your ISP. One is the cabling of the COAX in your home. If the line is old or is split too many times, this modem will have trouble accessing the internet. Signal levels can be sent from the providers local office just fine, but when the signal reaches your home it can be distorted by the COAX and splits. Make sure that the modem has its own dedicated line and not using the same line your cable TV is using.
