In any case, the "Native Hawaiian" program is synonomous with the Native American benefits programs we have on the mainland - and they have to be on the Native American tribe rolls in order to be eligible. I played in the little league and I provided my certificate of live birth because it is the only proof of my birth. The hospital that I was born in Chicago was only using certificates of live birth during the 80s. This is the same method of identification that Barack Obama was given. Here's a thought. Prove that Obama was born overseas with legitimate documentation, not forged dribble from a psycho bitch named Orly Taitz and maybe I will give you some credibility. Otherwise, shut your dickhole.

Not anymore - the Department Hawaiian Homelands website says they do not require the long form anymore. In any case, the "Native Hawaiian" program is synonomous with the Native American benefits programs we have on the mainland - and they have to be on the Native American tribe rolls in order to be eligible. Native Hawaiians are the original tribes of Hawaii. It has nothng to do with President Obama.

Claiming a Native American or Native Hawaiian tribe ancestry is different than simply showing your place of birth to prove natural born citizenship.

Stinking - uhm - because they stopped sending out the originals in 2001 - and because all of the relevant information from the original is also in the COLB. As for Hawaii, disclosing those documents would actually violate their own laws and regulations which state that the originals cannot be shown to the public. I don't give a crap if there is a court order, the long-form isn't going to show anything different than what is in the COLB, because the COLB is taken directly from the long form.

I repeat again, he is not applying for Native Hawaiian status. Can you provide me with the exact Hawaiian law that requires them to release the documents, because that is complete bs. Essentially the Hawaiian officials to the relevant information from the long form, put it in the COLB, and swore under oath that the information in the COLB is the same as the info in the long form. As for the mother,, hospital info is in the long form, but it is not necessary to prove place of birth. President Obama has nothing to do with any of this - he simply showed the official document he received.

Look at the heading title of the document Obama released Sherlock, it states unequivocally that it is a "CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH" it does not state "CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE." That's not my job nor is it my area of expertise however that is what forensic document examination is for. Yes indeed, there are forensic document examiners who do things like match the document with the hospital records and juxtapose physicians signatures and so forth. Release the document and let the experts have authenticate it, that is the normal procedure, it occurs every day in America in authenticating important documents!

A lot of people can't locate their original birth certificate. When I had to supply proof of birth to Social Security, the State of Georgia issued a copy of the microfiche record stamped and signed by the county registrar - they don't have the original either. Birth certificates, the information included on them and how they are maintained in the public record is administered by the individual states, not the federal government. They are not the same in every state.
