Yes, I am now on R888 and it is much better, however had the same thing happen to me in T3 this past weekend, I might have to take it down a notch, that tirewall isn't too far off!

  • Nice recoveries. Have any movies of me, the Black Z06 with the wing? I'll post 19 minutes of this run today or tomorrow. kellypf

No! Sorry I didn't see your comment earlier, I got a new computer and don't have anymore of this footage! I am taking notes on your lines though! 2:08, WOW! Doing any events this year @ VIR?

  • kellypf Yes, I was just there For ReZoom, 3/24/11 and returning 5/28/11 for ReZoom and National Corvette Museum at VIR 6/27/11. No footage yet. Here is one last year at the SVT Cobra Club (great guys there) youtube.com/watch?v=j7aeynHVdmU

  • Silly me, that was the same event!

  • Nice control fella, thought you were a gonner for sure once or twice, that BWR sure spools up quick. Liking the Maita vids also. Am a 'hot' Lotus owner too (Honda Type-R S2 Elise) and a Miata racer so liking your choice of car. Check out my track and race onboards on my channel.

  • @MaxxUK

Nice! The BWR is nice, I've thought about doing the VF Stage 2 upgrade (intercooler, bigger injectors and fuel pump) but I don't want to have to deal with tranny problems. 220 horse at the wheels is enough to get me in trouble for now...

I think the Honda conversion is where it is at, I wish there was a solid kit though for the swap, did you do your custom? I'll check out your videos.

  • @burtondude155 - I bought mine already converted. It was actually 006, the 6th one ever done. It was firstly developed and commercially available via Maidstone Sports Cars in the UK, there are probably many 100s of Honda engines Elises in the UK now, maybe well over 1,000 actually, plus many Duratec and Audi Turbo versions.
