I am By Faith baby I should say and i grew up in the '80s and those were the best years of By Faith to me. Those years and the '90s had the best preachers and church and district choirs that give any church a run for their money. By Faith now isn't the same. They lost what made them a GREAT church organization. The leadership really needs to take in an evaluation in what they are doing to the organization. There are so many great people that left By Faith because of it. Sad really...

Maybe not, but they are my church regardless. I grew up in By Faith I just wished we could get those days back. The days where there was an enthusiasm and excitement about church and the importance of being real for God and not this "who can out shout or out sing the next?" It's about winning souls to Christ. Not saying that By Faith isn't still doing it, but there needs to be a serious change in leadership.
