i am a woman and i know im a good driver. my dad was a NYC cop and he taught me how to drive.... been driving for 5 years never got in an accident. even when i first started driving. insurance in NY is lower for young girls than it is for boys because guys tend to get into more accidents.
I've been driving for over 10 years now and I have never caused an accident. However... I have been hit 2 times from behind by men who did not keep their distance!!!! 1 Was on the phone and the other was searching something in the glove department! In The Netherlands it is well known women drive better than men. Much better. Our insurance is cheaper because of that. Much cheaper.

Men are getting into more and more accidents with cell-phones. Not to mention not all women wear make-up and are easily distracted so they don't watch out for road-signs. And also, men have higher insurance FOR A REASON!
Womens car insurance is lower because women struggle to judge distances and space around them more than men do which is why they are more likely to have a small fender-bender than a man. Men's is higher because we get distracted so ours are more likely to be more serious accidents at high speed, injuring people, damaging things around us and totalling cars. that the 2 effects (women worse in one way, men worse in another) cancel each other out. So in the end, we both equally suck.

i am a woman and i know im a good driver. my dad was a NYC cop and he taught me how to drive.... been driving for 5 years never got in an accident. even when i first started driving. insurance in NY is lower for young girls than it is for boys because guys tend to get into more accidents.

I've been driving for over 10 years now and I have never caused an accident. However... I have been hit 2 times from behind by men who did not keep their distance!!!! 1 Was on the phone and the other was searching something in the glove department! In The Netherlands it is well known women drive better than men. Much better. Our insurance is cheaper because of that. Much cheaper.

according to some biology stuff, women have a very bad spacial recognition in their brains compared to guys. What is a spacial recognition? its an ability to sense the surrounding space around your body (including measuring distance, counting objects and positioning/recording them, detecting possible dangers some of those objects may pose, and etc.) Men have a very good spacial recognition due to thousands of years of hunting activities.

At 0:45 it says "Make sure your seat belt is on." That's true. Ever notice how seat belt use has become nearly universal among women these days? You never see a woman driving a car without one on. That's because women know that they're shitty drivers and likely to be running into shit all the time.

Womens car insurance is lower because women struggle to judge distances and space around them more than men do which is why they are more likely to have a small fender-bender than a man. Men's is higher because we get distracted so ours are more likely to be more serious accidents at high speed, injuring people, damaging things around us and totalling cars. that the 2 effects (women worse in one way, men worse in another) cancel each other out. So in the end, we both equally suck.

Last post. WE CHOOSE to not overcome this upbringing and indoctrination. Because most people think it's not that bad, don't want to see the danger of this way of stupidness. @TheReaverOfDarkness He is partially right. There are mainly hormonal differences. Both sexes have the same potential in terms of the higher brain functions.
Take critical situations for example where women often freeze. Men don't because we ride a bike fast, we ski fast etc. From young age we gain the experiences needed to decide fast, act fast and survive. And we are often driven to do those things.

@jobicek You may be partially right. That can explain why I make slow decisions, because I always took things slowly. But it doesn't explain why I have so many other feminine traits. When I was young, I wanted the same things that little girls want, but I was raised to be manly. I tried so hard to follow that and become manly, but it just never worked. When I was 22 years old, I realized I'm feminine and that's just how it is. I'm 26 and I do feminine things pretty easily now without thinking.

You all are retards. Both women AND men can't drive properly. So annoying to be stuck behind someone, as often male as female btw, driving 20mph where we can drive 40. Or continuously braking when it's not necessary.
The only reason men think they can drive better is because boys are raised more with racing (on foot or by bike eg). They play with cars more and in society men are expected to like cars more than women. Women are kept from those things and are indoctrinated with Barbies.

I'm female, and I don't carry a huge purse or wear huge sunglasses. I don't text or talk on a phone while driving. I don't run stop signs. I don't put on make-up in the car, (already took care of that while in the house), and I don't run into mailboxes or pedestrians. God this is so stereotypical and retarded.
