This is one of the reasons I like and respect Sonnon's training philosophies so much. He's not just a feel good "New Age" hippie Guru. He's mixed it up in the ring and understands about the sloppiness and chaos of "real" fighting and grappling.

Scott sonnon is the real deal i am very impressed by his skills and instuction that i have seen on you tube if i was to ever train in a grappling martial art like sambo scott sonnon is who i would ideally want to train with, i main other clips that i seen are not expansive and free form, just offers one style or hold which to me does'nt do much good if your training in mixed martial arts, thank you and good job.
