You guys cannot sit there and say that Nicole Kidman doesn't have an amazing voice! Christmas say will be my first time ever watching nine, but just because it's a key lower (Oh Boo Hoo) Doesn't change the fact she put emotion and very strong vocals into the song! Yea I get she's not the original but for gods sake she's an amazing singer.... You may not agree but she has vocals everyone great outstanding vocals, so lets all drop the "I want to be like him and say she has bad vocals too!

The role in Rabbit Hole is nowhere near perfect for her, from seeing the play I know that it's an emotionally draining role that I frankly don't believe she will be able to handle well enough on screen. Don't get me wrong, I love Nicole, I just don't think that the role in Rabbit Hole suits her style, and definitely think that she is far away from the "perfect" choice for the role. Who knows, I may be wrong. Only time will tell.

Liza Minnelli who can sing, dance and act not only on screen but live too. Again that's just my opinion.
Also IMO Anne Hathaway sings better than Nicole, but I think that's b/c she was involved in musical theatre from a young age.
At the end of the day taste in music is very subjective and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Just b/c some people don't like her voice doesn't mean they're 100% wrong SplenDeredPInk. Nicole's voice just doesn't happen to be their cup of tea.

Nicole's been my favorite actress since Moulin Rouge.
I'm also a fan of the musical Nine.
Her voice has changed - and they lowered the key, I think, from the original version. This will take getting used to.
