How to set up and Configure Easycap

These little bastards just don't like to work with Windows 7 and for good reason. They want you to buy another one which has the new software. One of my Windows 7 PC the hacked driver works, the other it runs in PAL format by default and the Syntek configuration module goes to error.

Until someone buys a new one and posts the 2011-2012 driver good luck with Windows 7.

the splitter u have (the one that doesnt have the cable) has 2 yellow ports so how does it cap the audio? (0_0)

3.have you connected any composite video cables and connected it before?

How do you get it to say Syntek STK 1160?

@XxImaWafflexX u download n install the drivers... and when you plug it in.. it should see it under the devices and printers.. what operating system are you running? in XP it showed syntek stk 1160 or 1150..in windows 7 i needed different drivers and it shows as USB2.0 ATV.. still work the same

Only thing is.. when it won't connect for you, you can't get into either of those two options.
