i was being attacked by a yao guai once and it leaped at me and i used vats and all i had with me was 25 heath left and a hunting rifle and a full heathed yao guai and i shot it 3 times 1 missed 1 hit and the 3rd didt shoot till he was 1 foot and when i shot him it was a crit and his head poped and he went flying all the way into the sky i tried to see where he landed but he never came down

I love the fallout 3 glitches.. I had a Yao Guai run at me and lunge hit a rock and exploded as if I attacked it while having the bloody mess perk was quite strange.... as well as fast traveling to the Meriseti train station and seeing the 2 wastelanders I had kill not 5 minutes ago and.. upon loading there they spawning and fell apart their body parts kinda just fell off in a pile

That specific glitch is caused by the extremly stiff ragdoll physics of the yao gui (they can only pivit and move their legs in a certain direction) . When the limbs snap back into place it sends the animals flying.

I'm sure this happens because the Yaos and Deathclaws can move significantly faster than other creatures - this attribute they have, combined with the de-capitation must redirect they're speed to an upward angle, flinging their ragdoll'd remains up in the air upon death.

I'd imagine its SOMETHING to do with their speed, as it doesn't happen with any other NPC or creature.

its called V.A.T.S and it is great when everybody is moving so that you can get a better hit (sometimes its wrong so it doesnt kill them comepletely so he pressed it 3 times)

He takes a fucking beating, without armor all of that fancy armor, and the Gatling Laser he comes with has unlimited ammo, unless, of course, you switch the gun he's using to one of the guns you use.

I think you may have to switch around his combat tactics, but I'm not sure. I know that when you talk to him, he has that option. Maybe switching him to melee, give him a good ranged weapon, with ammo, and then switch him back to ranged. It might work, but Im not sure. I use him as pack mule for my heavy weapons, but dont give him the ammo for them.

i use him as a pack mule too except i give him any weapon(s) and take them to any store and sell them (i have like 60000-70000 caps) so i kind of use him as a traveling merchant brahmin

Similar thing happened to me too. I had Clover in my party and we encountered a Yao Guai near the Dunwich Building, while Clover was attacking it, I shot it in VATS with a Gauss Rifle and it went flying into the air. I mean to the point where I couldn't see it. Then after roughly 8-10 seconds it finally fell back to it's death. Less ammo to use. Heh.

When I went into the Super Duper mart, I killed all the raiders. Then, I went into that back room where the security robot is, hacked into the terminal, and let it walk around. After I walked out the same door I came in, the place was loaded with more powerful raiders. Is that supposed to happen?

yeah, once you kill off the raiders and get to the back of the store the game will wait till you decide to make your way through the mart and out the front doors. Thats when it spawns moe raiders that are comming in through the entrance, so its like you killed half while the other half were out, and then they're comming back when your on your way out.

funniest thing that ever happened to me was when i went into this building to dodge a yao guai, when i came out talon comp. was there and in the background wut do i see... yes... one very ticked off yao guai, so as soon as i finished talking i jumped behind the building, all hear is shots, screaming and roaring i come back out and the talon company is slaughtered and the yao guai is near dead
