I love how Jacoby knows what he's talking about, rather than just writing music about what he sees, a lot of bands just write about what they 'see', but Jacoby knows what he sees, he's been there and done it and that's what makes him a killer song writer.

Lifeline has got to be one of my favourite Roach songs.

the one with the huge cockroach is the cover of their debut album 'infest.' the image behind jacoby is the cover for metamorphosis. i highly recommend infest though (although you hate bugs). it's a fantastic album.

let me say, i was touched by this interview as well as the song and video, it is a great escape from these times of desperation. It gives me hope and helps me remain optimistic........much more that this bailout has. I heard the conviction in jacoby's voice as he started to get a little louder talking about these scumbags getting bonuses off of the back of hard working people...for that conviction is only one of many reasons i love this man.
