if you have a good technique, its skill. i sucked when i first started but then i got a lot better and i can do about 5 med-long range no-scopes in a row intentionally whenever i want. there are some shots that fly the wrong way but sometimes you cant help it. most of the times you can though. you should go practice this and you will understand. there are many techniques and you end up using many in one battle for wherever it will work best. ex. jump forward center him and shoot while in air.
