that's most likely a jupiter quantum euph, since dynastys are much longer and narrower than the other horns

I think it's a Jupiter. I know both Patrick and Sam helped design the new Jupiter marching brass and I've seen the new Jupiter; it looks really close to a Dynasty - they both have the same 3rd valve slide design.
