This is only part of the Ugandan TV program. There are posters of Pres. Obama with devils horns posted around the city because, he spoke as a guest on a TV show in Uganda trying to get this minister to stop preaching against gays. The Ugandan people are being wiped out by aids. They openly refer to him as an evil reptile who is ruining America and they do not need or welcome his advice.
