@Sosoreview Its a bit ambiguous. You notice when he first appeared, his health bar was empty, and Breakman arrives shortly afterward. This is meant to illustrate that Breakman beat him up before his arrival, in the attempt to steal his spot in the Rumble Match. Of course, this would be illegal, which is why Rockman (megaman) and the real Protoman jump in to kick him out.

@badirfire currently working on Cyberslam. The main events (based on the events of the rumble) will be a Three Way Match: Gutsman vs. Magnetman vs. Napalmman, with the winner facing Plantman for the Championship. Also, the Hired or Fired match: Megaman vs. Breakman (if Breakman wins, he gets to stay and compete, if he loses he's banned). Also included, the Series Supremacy Battle Royal: Cutman, Crashman, Geminiman, Dustman, Stoneman, Centaurman and Freezeman. Plus more

@MasterOZero Hmm, Tenguman is a definite possibility. However, the higher level of detail on his character make making his sprite sheet more difficult than say Topman. Astroman, on the other hand, flies around all the time, which kinda disqualifies him, as he will most often be out of reach of the others. Granted, they found a way around this with Shademan, so who knows, I may yet make him one day.

@EliroX904 Thats a possibility, but the problem arises when you start crossing platforms. SNES games vs. Playstation games, and then it just starts looking odd. I chose Power Fighters because there was a greater number of available characters to use, spanning the original franchise, and more possibility of custom edits. For example, I made Snakeman out of Bass's sprite sheet, Topman out of Elecman, Crystlaman out of Shadowman, etc

Bubbleman and Diveman appear in the arcade game so there are 2 obvious choices.

I'm pretty sure Centaurman has water in his stage and is fought underwater.

@eidolontyr Yeah, I've noticed that too. In follow-up events, each character will have a weapon energy bar as well. So overpowered characters like Napalmman will be forced to use certain abilities less often, Especially the shoulder missile spread.
