Everyone is different. Some people simply cannot feel full without having eggs, meat, hash browns, etc. What works for me without making me gain weight is bananas, oatmeal, fruit/protein smoothies (with actual fruit, not that corn syrup garbage), granola bars, oatmeal/grain/fiber bars, bran or wheat cereals like mini wheats or raisin bran. Just having one of these things might not fill you up but combining some of them will help. I usually go with dried fruits and either oatmeal or granola bars.

I can't eat breakfast, for some reason by body can't take it. If I do eat anything when I wake up I vomit it back out right away. Good video btw.

I have the same problem, only its when I eat a lot before going to bed. I vomit just a little bit and it wakes me up.

Skinner. It's one of the best brands. They had it at the Cub Foods store where I used to work, and they have it at my local Ma and Pa grocery store.
