you're slow and quite unskilled with her. but i'll admit i have played SC4 alot less and i can't remember the best ways to play her in that game, but in SC3 at least you had to use alot of kicks, swipes and jabs
Good matchces Bilford. I like usin' Mina too. Her range game is good but close range fightin' with her isn't good. Even though she doesn't have any "Justs," her soul gauge game is one of the best. Veddy Nyce costume on the last match; it inspired me.

Characters are placed in tiers. Which of course are subject to change, when people win or lose tournaments. Although Seong Mina is considered very low tier, there isnt best characters. For example he played a decent skilled Ivy player and won many matches. Yet Ivy has won some high rank tournaments for 2009 and could be considered highest tier as of now. Apart from this, since every character plays so different, Seong Mina may just suite his play style while others would not.
